House contemporary eco-construction in 7km from the centre of Chambery. Hamlet very calm in the countryside on a family property of 20ha. Superb unspoilt meadows & forests. Exposed hillside. Very good comfort. Warm mountain stamp. Very cosy. Lots of charm. Beautiful view. Charming cottage in eco-construction (positive energy house labeled Ecogite) 7km from the center of Chambéry, historic capital of the Dukes of Savoy, city of Art and History. Family resorts of Granier at 11km and Désert d'Entremont at 19km. Ultra-privileged location in the middle of nature on a vast family property of 20ha in the heart of the Chartreuse Regional Natural Park. Ideal for a sports stay, nature or family rejuvenation or for a "business clientele". Possibility to rent the 2 lodgings of the house for an overall capacity of 10 people.
