When I checked in my key didn’t work and they were unable to fix it I went out for dinner, hoping it will be fixed when I got back. When I got back, there’s nobody at the front desk unable to get into my room. I waited for a while till they return and finally they gave me a key that worked. Not being able to access your room for a few hours is pretty bad trying to bring luggage back-and-forth go out for dinner and have to worry about being locked out of your room is not cool.
Renovated rooms are nice but non-renovated rooms the carpet is very worn, dirty and gross.
Was great all around very happy and look forward to staying there again
No outlets except for the one that was for the microwave, NO bathroom door Felt like a hotel on Aurora Ave in Seattle.
Good room at a great price. Close to the interstate, not noisy. Comfy bed and close to several places to eat. There is even a grocery store that isn’t too far from from the hotel. We stayed here on our trip to visit Mt. Rainier.
They need to lower the price. As ghetto as it is it is too expensive for cheap and dirty
Love the staff but this is a ghetto hotel. Poor renovation, not clean at all. Checked out and checked back in to find that they didnt change the shower curtain(my axe bodywash was still on it). Unreasonable price for ghetto
The room was filthy. They dont clean good. Its a 1 star hotel from me
I didnt like the gal being unfriendly at the counter, or that the first thing she asked was if I was aware about the $100 deposit, which nothing in the room cost $100... That hold is still on my account but I'm sure it will be released soon. The room was very tiny, way to much furniture in such a little room. The table was where a nightstand should be and I injured myself getting out of bed when the tweekers upstairs rudely woke us up 7 times throughout the night. Disappointing to say the least! We didnt sleep well and will not be staying here again.
I was informed when i arrived that there would be a $100 damage deposit! This is not mentioned on Orbitz. I was told I'd have it refunded ip yo 14 days later. I cancelled my booking and found another motel.
Friendly staff. Happy to help with pet accomodations.
The breakfast is homemade, we checked in with a dog and were given a room that opened up to a large yard that they were able to play in, and the staff was so welcoming and kind. The cleanliness was impeccable, it was obvious the owner has a high standard and it was nice to see her walking around and checking on things. It had a very at-home vibe and was my best motel stay to date.
I have no problems with it. I do think perhaps it could be updated. Drapes real bad, door shows signs of breaking and entering.
TV and coffee pot didn't work, staff moved me to a new room that was nicer than the first room. Wonderful, friendly staff! The bed was old and sagging though and needed replaced.
Staff was very friendly and polite. But rooms were dirty, moldy shower curtain, holes in the blankets, cobwebs, etc. Need a good cleaning and renovation.
