The room was extremely spacious and clean. The bed was very comfortable with great pillows. The breakfast was decent, but would have been so much better if the orange juice and pancake maker worked.
We booked for two days but checked out after one. There were bugs in the room and lots of noise. Generally, not a quality hotel. We have contacted Orbitz to get a refund but have not received a response. Very unhappy with Orbitz about that. Please respond and refund the cost of one night's stay.
Clean, comfortable rooms. Beds and pillows very comfortable. Nice breakfast served each morning. Great location near major highways and close to a lot of fantastic restaurants.
The overall hotel was dirty including the room. The staff were not wearing masks even though they had a mask mandate posted and the food at the breakfast was subpar on a good day.

Convenient location to White River Junction, Hanover and Quechee area. Room was quiet and mattress was very comfortable for a good night's sleep. Breakfast was decent.
I had Two Q Suite. Very sprecios but slanted roof was bit weired. Clean bed, floor, kitchenette. Bathroom. Decor was cool. Elevator could use some vacuuming. Staff was great. Minimal but resourceful breakfast. Hot egg, turkey sausage was helpfull. Definitely would stay again.

A/c had not been turned on. On a 94 degree day our room on check in was 84 degrees. Room could have been cleaner, mattress not that comfortable. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast during Covid was a cold bagel or a bagged muffin.
Overall decent stay. Would’ve like to have someone clean the room at least once during a 7 night stay.
Great place. Rooms were very spacious and affordable. Covered parking is an added plus as the night that I stayed there was 12 inches of snow. Overall 9.9 out of 10. It stat d that they had a breakfast but there was none, not even coffee? Maybe due to Covid? I will go back!
Suite/apt was generous in size. Well equipped, clean and comfortable. Walls are a little thin. Noisy neighbor at end of hall, but managed to sleep anyway. Staff could be a little friendlier and more helpful. Breakfast was fine. Overall, decent place to stay.

We weren't allowed to check in until 9pm. Then, the AC in the room didn't work, so the temperature in the room was stuck at 78 degrees for two days. The person at the desk first suggested that if it got too hot, we should just open a window (it was below freezing outside). She then told us that she couldn't help us because "we made our reservation through a third party."
Great stay. Only complaint was that they ran out of most things for breakfast.
Clean, remodeled accomodations + friendly staff + convenient location for the area + covered parking + solid hot breakfast = winner! When re-visiting the area, this is the ONLY place I'll be staying. I've been here twice now, and both times have been two of the best hotel experiences I've had anywhere, anytime.
