We havr stayed for a night on the 28th of October. We have arrived earlier and we have left our luggage at the concierge room. ALL staff has been very polite, smiley and helpful. Room was OK, nothing special but everything was very clean. The smell all around the hotel was very pleasant. Breakfast was adequate with many choices. I definitely recommend this hotel.

The rooms are cleaned daily and staff was great from reception to the door man. Then cleaning people were always friendly saying good morning to you. Also, the check in lady for breakfast was very friendly and servers in the dining room area were great too. Breakfast is great and seeing a lot selections and choices to have to eat/drink. It is worth it have it added to your stay. Hotel transfers is great and someone to meet there when you arrive and take you to the hotel and it is price right to do so.

We have been offered excellent hotel service. The hotel and room were both clean and tidy. The decoration of the room was quite modern and stylish. The breakfast buffet is entirely Greek. The location of the hotel is perfect since it is located in the main boulevard of the city. Free Wi-Fi was available throughout our stay.

This was our fourth time in El Greco. Hotel is renovated and breakfast is delicious! Rooms are equipped well and very clean . We love a big bad specially and quite air conditioning. Hotel has central location so you don't need a car or busses.

Worst experience i've ever had in my life. Booked 2 nights at called "3* superior" hotel. No idea how it received these 3* plus, it probably has 1 or 2 good rooms (or something?!). The other ones are horror. Believe me, i changed 5 rooms in one night. And that happened because in my "superior" room situated at the 9th floor, right before trying to put myself to sleep, i got one visitor. A living one. It was a pretty bed bug. Took pics of it and went to the reception. The receptionist froze when he saw the proof and immediately offered to give me another room. I accepted, it was really late, took the room card, went to see it and declined it. Went back to the guy, who somehow found another one (although the first time he said the possibilities are limited, the hotel being fully booked), paid a visit to this second option, declined it also (both alternatives were really small and sad, very sad...). Went back to the reception for the 3rd time, disappointed, angry, tired and hopeless. Miraculously he found a bigger room and i chose to accept it. Not because it was a good room, no, it was a sad, dated room, just like the other 2, but it was bigger and the time was 3:30 am. Anyway, the next morning i changed rooms again, after going to the reception and saying oh, hi i am the one who had a tiny problem last night, i want a good room, thank you very much?! They gave me my 5th room, after telling them "please do not give me any of those claustrophobia-causing rooms i visited last night". They did give me one, no, not a GOOD one, but, as i said, i am not sure there are any decent or super clean rooms in the entire hotel. My friends who were in another terrible room in the same hotel told me that in the morning they noticed that my room and 2 others were being disinfected. So after being in 5 rooms, i can tell you this: bed bugs, spiders, hair on sheets, dated furniture, dated mattresses, dated bathrooms, broken everything (wallpaper, ceilings, lamps, fridges), questionable cleanness, questionable air conditioning, ashtrays full of cigarettes left on the balconies, underwear from ex clients found on balcony by me (but not by the cleaning staff), questionable everything. I think there is a management problem, the employees seem like nice people but are totally unprofessional. You cannot make a person go through this kind of mess and give absolutely no apologies. Anyway, never again, there must be better places out there. To be avoided. The pics speak for themselves.

Nice location. Clean rooms so close to ladadica place. Every point of thessolanaki by walk. Advice to stay especially family with childs or baby. So helpful staff. We forget our money bag in locker and bring us sayfely. Nice breakfast. Advice to everbody.

Realy good ratio between price and quality. I suggest on line booking because you can get better price. Triple room around 60€/night.It is little bit small bathroom but nothing terrible. Breakfast good.

I found this hotel on the internet as I needed a hotel for one-night-stay on my way to the seaside. It seemed like a decent place at a decent price. The location was good and it offered a parking lot, which is a hard thing to find in the center of Thessaloniki. But I was in for a big surprise! This is a lovely, modern, beautify furnished hotel with a nice and cosy atmosphere! Very polite receptionist welcomed us and immediately organized for someone to come and help my husband with the parking (as it is behind the hotel). We checked-in in minutes and it took even less time to check-out the next day. Halls and rooms are all very modern and well equipped. We even had a 'coffee and tea corner' in our room. The location of the hotel is perfect. It's 10 minutes walk from the seaside promenade through streets full of restaurants and various stores. It was an excellent stay! We loved it!

I really appreciated the extremely central location of this hotel; it made walking to everything very easy, both during the day and at night (it's close to the nightlife area as well). The room itself was small - typical of European hotels - but clean and overall just fine, and I even had a small balcony attached to the room.

The location of El Greco is very convenient to walk all the tourist attractions. It is easy to reach by public transport. The hotel is generally very clean, nice and cool.We loved the smell of the 9th floor where our room is situated. The room is big enough and the beds are very comfortable that you can sleep all night long. The hotel staff is very welcoming, hard working and helpful.Especially Mr.Stavros from reception helped us to find a good restaurant in Ladadika area and also a liquer shop with good prices nearby.Everything on breakfast bufe is very fresh, plentiful and very varied that everyone can find something to eat. Also the breakfast is served until 11 o'clock which is very unusual. I don't know what they can do about it but the only and one thing I didn't like about this hotel is small bathroom and shower without shower cubical. If we go to Thessaloniki or Halkidiki again,we will definitely stay at Hotel El Greco. Thanks to everyone for making us feel at home.
