The apartment was clean and very pleasing to the eye.The place on the inside was very comfortable. However, the outside stairs and patio needed painting, the lock was hard to use and communication with the property manager was not in a timely manner and through a different platform that was not orbits.

Great Place to Stay in Central SC

This place was perfect for our visit to Central / Clemson SC. It was cute and cozy, perfectly clean, bed was comfortable, quiet and peaceful, convenient location, and the owners were great. We will definitely try to rent this place again the next time we are in the beautiful Upstate South Carolina!!!

Clemson Dissertation/Graduation Stay

I stayed at this location twice! Once for my dissertation and the second time for my graduation! Both times were great! I was able to focus and get last-minute preps for my dissertation. It was also very relaxing after I successfully defended my dissertation and for celebrations during graduation. I would recommend it for anyone who needs a quiet cozy place for a quick trip or extended stay.
