The property is fine but BEWARE of the fact that is beside train track. Amtrak runs by at 11:30 PM and 4:30 AM. The room was fine and staff was nice. Breakfast was way below par and expectations.

Great location for games
Bloody pillow with dead bed bugs... Checked out at 10pm as a 2.5 hour drive was better than spending any more time here. Front desk gal was great, and the room smelled nice, but it went downhill quickly. Hair on the pillows, on the sides of the bed and all over the back of the mattress. The telling sign - heavy layers of dust on the headboards showed it had been a long time since someone properly cleaned the room. Trash on the floor, along with ground-in food from some prior person. Shelf in the bathroom was broken, and you could see through the large hole next to the shower handle into the wall space behind it. Then we spotted the stains on one bed, blood and dead bugs on one of the pillows and decided that was too much. I can see overlooking some of these issues and still leaving positive reviews if you're a big Clemson fan, as the decor is nicely suited to the school colors, but for the rest of us, it's no good.
Hotel is perfectly located and has a lot of Clemson colors which was really nice. Front desk team was terrific - friendly and engaging. Close to campus and good price Room bathroom was very disappointing. Used soap from previous guest was in shower, toilet wasn't cleaned and previous guest(s) had smoked in bathroom as the smell was bad.

The walls in the hotel must be like tissue paper. It was extremely noisy. I could hear the guest next door snoring all night. When the cleaning crew came in I could hear in detail the training the girl was receiving from the gentleman training her. It did not make for a peaceful night at all.
Breakfast was very sparse. I guess it wasn’t a busy weekend, so there were few choices.
