Make yourself at home in this 3-bedroom country home on the Cedar River. This brilliant house offers a king bed, queen bed, twin bunk beds with a full bed, & futon bed to comfortably sleep 9 guests. With AC, WiFi, and a cozy living room where guests can relax and unwind. Three bathrooms with showers and hair dryers ensure convenience. Three patios to relax while watching the river pass by, there’s plenty of room for walks in the large private yard or fish from our banks while enjoying beautiful Iowa summer sunsets. We are two miles on gravel but just off interstate 380. we are conveniently located 30 minutes from Cedar Rapids, 45 minutes to Waterloo & just miles away from Kacena Barn Venue & Walnut Ridge Wedding Venue. We are approximately 17 minutes away from Prospect Meadows ballpark and Epic Center Venue.

Making Family Memories
The listing did not do justice for the property! It was phenomenal! They have thought of everything. The house is great, lots of room. Property is private and huge. Great deck to watch the river. We could not have been happier with our stay! Very flexible owners. 5 stars all around.
