Water was off for several hours. Air conditioner didn't work properly even after assistance, shower curtain rods were coming out of the walls and water went all over the floor while showering, TV was confusing and channels were not displayed with the network. Staff member was dismissive of my complaints and said they knew about the issues. So why rent the room for premium cost while knowing it had problems?

Hotel needs updating!!

Hotel was not clean in the bathrooms especially the shower area. Carpet was extremely old and seemed to have a smell. In fact the whole place had a funky smell. Curtains were not adequate to block the bright parking lot lights. Vending machine took our money also.

Grateful to be able to leave a review from Ms Christie and Melissa. And there was also a young lady that was very helpful I believe she was from India? The three young ladies were amazing my room was clean, anything that I needed such as towels etc. They made sure that we had it great customer service once we returned back to our rooms each time from church at night / morning they did not hesitate to ask if we need anything to call the front. We were greeted with smiles the entire time Cedartown was great thanks ladies thank you quality inn
