This hotel is in a very convenient area with lots of choices for shopping and dining. I like the open closet, and space if the bathroom. But as a single woman, I did not feel safe or ok in this environment. The hotel itself did not make me feel safe. I got attitude from housekeeping when I asked for more hangers. The machines in the gym either did not work, had issues, and were not clean. When I asked for wipes for the gym, the front desk didn’t have any, and offered me a wet rag. The building says non-smoking but the next day I woke up with a sore throat and the hotel smelled like smoke. Cars in the parking lot had broken windows (unknown reason), and lots of people standing outside. With all that the supervisor was kind to offer a full refund for the inconveniences.

Very bad experience overall. The property looks very run down both inside and out. The breakfast was not flavorful and the juices were watered down. There was mold on the ceiling in the bathroom, and pest control is definitely needed. The hallway on the third floor always smelled like water had overflowed from a toilet. The staff was the only thing the was OK.

The price was a deal! The room it self was clean, but it did have a musty smell. There was a crack/ hole in the bathroom wall. One of the handles on the dress was not attached. The TV was small for the room size. The beds were very comfortable and the air conditioning worked great!

This is my 4th stay at the property. This was the first time I had any issues. The refrigerator was moldy on the inside, the tub did not drain properly and the fan was not working in the bathroom. I addressed these concerns as we were checking out and management seemed concerned and said they were going to look into it.

I had asked Patrick for house keeping every day I was there and did not receive it. There were only one roll of toilet paper and even when I asked for more, it was never delivered. I realize these are minor issues, and it doesn't take away from my visit.

We would not recommend.

The hotel was not updated at all. It was dirty and one of the back room doors was left open, where the cleaning ladies were getting the towels and it was cluttered with random supplies like ladders and wood stuff and she walked out with towels, the water on the fifth floor was luke- warm. It never got really hot. it also appeared that some of the workers may live at the hotel. That’s just an observation based on speculation. we were disappointed in our choice of hotel.
