This is one of those times when I got sucked in by the price and regretted it. It's a cheap motel, nothing more, nothing less, so I came with low expectations; just passing through, a place to sleep. It did not even live up to those expectations. It was not clean, the staff was not helpful and the worst things was, I did not feel safe having my wife with me. It is not convenient to the freeway although there are some fair-looking restuarants in the area.

I usually do not write much but, this place for the price was the best I have ever stayed at I travel for work roughly 250 days a year. When I checked in the front counter staff was the most personable person I have seen at a Hotel, The rooms were spacious and were the cleanest I have seen in a long time. Everything worked like it was suppose to this is a very well kept property. Upon check out my experience was the same very personable staff I could not be happier. Thank you to the staff Excellence is hard to come by sometimes but these people have achieved it.

Great, pleasant stay. The manager was very friendly, rooms and motel was clean. Check in was easy and smooth. Hot breakfast and prompt assistance of manager, any time of the day was warming. Would surely recommend this place. would be staying again in next visit. :)

My room was filthy! I pulled back the covers on the bed and the bedding and sheets were not only disgusting but there were crumbs and at least 3 different types of hair and the pillow cases were no better! Not stained - not washed! Every drawer and surface, including the drinking cups tray was dirty and not even wiped down. And I cannot for the life of me figure out why there were SO many blood splatters on the walls and ceilings - in the bathroom even! Not like horror show blood, but enough to make you wonder.... And wonder why no one bothered to ever try to wipe if off even?

We booked online the day we expected to stay. Unfortunately I booked a smoking room. When I asked for the nonsmoking type, I was charged more. Seems backward. The cleanliness was ok finding some long hair in the sheets. Breakfast was not available for some unknown reason. So we ate elsewhere. The staff sort of seemed friendly without clear explanations on most questions. I'd stay again because it is close to the event we were attending.

Now I get I dnt judge the book by its cover...wonderful front desk services. The snell in the room is great the room decor and the jacuzzi is clean and fully operational on top of that the manager is super...thank you for the room service bottle of wine... I strong recommend this hotel...

Quite a bargain for a budget motel. The facility itself is in good condition, my room was spacious and well appointed with a larger than average television, microwave and fridge. The room itself was in great condition, not sure of the age of the motel, but the carpet isn't frayed and worn and furniture isn't dinged up. Staffing is somewhat minimal, which to be expected. However check-in was quick and easy and there was always someone available.

Sadly for us, you do get what you pay for. We chose this hotel because of low price and great location, for a weekend visit to relatives nearby. The lobby smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. The room was clean, no trace of smoke, and the beds comfortable. The bathroom & shower were spotlessly clean, plenty of hot water. Front desk provided extra towels when requested. WiFi internet connection was speedy. We turned off the noisy refrigerator. The sink held water but had dozens of deep, stained, cracks in the porcelain. Renovations are in progress and we were glad we had earplugs to sleep the 1st night - at 11:45 PM / midnight, next-door sounds of clanking / dropped metal and whining grind of a tile or metal cutter still came through our earplugs a bit. The hotel was full due to a college football game in the neighboring city, but 2nd night was quiet. Until a pair of obnoxious "solicitation" calls from another guest at 6 AM. When renovations are completed and lobby smoke odors cleaned up, this may become a gem. Right now, more than a bit of diamond in the rough.

It's definitely not the Ritz but you shouldn't be expecting that for $50. I was doing painting work in town and it got late. Being from the QCA I wasn't up to driving home and coming right back in the morning. I had actually stopped at the Budget Inn and it did not seem safe at all. Luckily they were booked up and told me Rodeway had rooms available. Front desk was very nice, got to my room in minutes. Room was clean and air conditioner worked great. It is a hotel that still allows smoking so be aware if that bothers you. Free breakfast in morning from 6-9 consisting of waffles, cereal and bagels. Hotel is right off Edgewood road which has tons of restaurants on it from fast food to higher priced sit downs.

The Management went over and above to assist me during my stay. My semi truck broke down and they sent a shuttle to pick me up at the dealership. Once I arrived I found the facilities to be very nice. The room was very clean and had free wi-fi, mini fridge as well as a microwave. The a/c worked great and the bed was clean and comfortable. They also carried me to the airport when I found out that my truck was going to be in the shop for 3-4 weeks. I definitely recommend this Rodeway Inn to anyone that will be staying in the area. AAA+
