Really disappointed as room and furniture very old and smelt of chlorine .more like a hospital room i thought .i thought i was paying $94 for 2 nights but then an extra 23% added on thanks to not including everything in the price .very nice surprise .i paid cash but they insist on the voucher i just hope to god im not paying twice...ill steer clear of this hotel and in future as the cheapest price isn't afterall bad should of read fine print while bouncing around in transport 😲

We held our baby's christening reception at the Court Yard of this hotel. There's a rustic country side feel to it which I think was suitable for a gathering of family and friends. We only paid for the buffet and 4 hours use of the venue (included in the per head charge). We did not bother to add decorations since the room itself was beautiful and the staff had dressed up the buffet and dining tables nicely. They set up a stage where we could hang the tarp and placed a sofa at the center for picture taking purposes. They also provided separate tables for the cake and gifts from guests. The food was good and was more than enough for 70 people. There was no corkage fee for 1 lechon (roasted pig), cake and ice cream. The staff were polite and pleasant to deal with. Overall, we were very satisfied at how the event turned out.

Looking at the walls, you could tell this place was either really old, or just not maintained well. There were holes and cracks in many places. All the corridor lights are yellow and dim, so at night it's extremely creepy. It feels like there's no one else around. If you liked The Shining, you'll love this place! Haha. But it's not a bad hotel at all, just kinda horror movie-ish. Service was ok. Amenities weren't bad, room was surprisingly huge. No bottled water or coffee in the room so make sure to request once you check in. Room had a tv, mini fridge, hair dryer, & tub. Also, there's a karaoke bar in the hotel!

I book a room but they upgraded me to be in the villa. The staff are courteous and very helpful. Villa is very safe with guard and the place is clean. I rate it 9/10. Food taste good. With varieties to choose from. My family feel the relax ambiance of the place. since it is just in the city so there are lots of transportation to choose from and close to market, shops and restaurant.

Very quite and private. Advisable for those who would like a peaceful ambiance. The room is clean and the staff has the initiative to clean and change bed sheet every day. We stayed in the hotel for 4 days and price is ver affordable.

I went to this place year 2010. It was a field was a nice quite.clean place too.staff were nice.clean breakfast.i enjoyed my trip.the room was big enough.Hot and cold water was working, they also have balcony,so nice at the quite.comfortable.

Let me start by saying this hotel had its golden years. Though the facade and the interiors look old, you can tell that it had been a luxury hotel in the past. But still it delivered the basics you need from a hotel. Their rooms are quite big, enough for 4 people move around without bumping to each other. I agreed with the others reviewers about the pool. Their fitness room is on the far right corner of the second floor. They had a 70's-themed cafe (pictures below) that looks lovely. Their ktv is so expensive in my standard (2k for two hrs with consumables). If I have a business around this area, I would stay in a more updated hotel.

We stayed a few years ago at the Crown Regency Towers at Cebu... In my haste ( online ) to book it again for this holidays... I didn't read the small print... which said, " Residences " ..... So when the Taxi driver took us to the Towers... the Receptionist said we were booked into the Residences... not the Towers. We then were driven to the Residences. When we arrived, the Receptionist was quite rude... I needed money to tip the porter.... however, the Receptionist told me that she had no change. I only had 500PHP notes and that was too much for a tip. Later we ate at the Restaurant within the Hotel and the waiter had to give us change... GUESS WHAT?? The Receptionist was able to give him change.... ( not a good attitude from the night Receptionist ) To our dismay, the room was very old and had staines on the sheets and pillows. The Bathroom was ancient and the shower screen was extreemly mouldy. The room had a stale smell and it was not comfortable.... we left a few hours later and booked into the Crown Regency Towers.....

I got this hotel as per online booking (Agoda) and even decided to be "upgraded." Room given was not the one in the picture (Definitely not the picture in this page too!) but that's not even worse. Sheets had cigarette burns..blankets had visible stains and towels are soooo old and very used! When asked if that was the "upgraded" room, answer was Yes. Minutes thereafter, an attempt to close the sliding window revealed it to be broken that could actually be used as entry of up to 2 people! (Room was in a hallway and the windows accessible thereat). Front desk was informed, they sent their maintenance man that led to a change of room 'at no cost.' The new room had similar concerns - sheets while washed, had visible stains. Bathroom has dirty walls, tub has left-over dirt too and the door has this nasty mark of an unknown stain too. And the tub itself? A danger to children and seniors. One has to literally sit down to go-over with no safety handles. The only saving grace are the 2 restaurant servers who anticipates our need - more water, refill of coffee, table napkins. But never again at Crown Regency Residences. Ever.

Worst hotel we have ever stayed! We were there during the very peak season for a last minute short getaway and most of the good hotels in the city are already fully booked and we were informed that this hotel will be the better choice on those left available. We are travelling with senior citizens and found out that our rooms are not lift level! It was a very old hotel and the hallway is so dark and creepy. There are lights on the ceiling but most of it are closed. It's like in those horror movies! When we enter our room it was very old and aircon is not working! Was also advised that location is good... that is not true! Hotel is located out of nowhere! You will need to take a cab to go to restaurants and shopping. I will never recommend this hotel....
