The condo was exactly as described - terrific location and wonderfully appointed. We lucked out with fantastic weather and the communication from the hosts was top notch. Will definitely enjoy staying again someday.

This is a second/third floor unit behind another building. The photos make the roof of the building in front look like the beach, but it’s not. The stairs are super steep and dangerous with grip tape in weird places. Other than that it’s nice and in a great location downtown. I’m fairly sure they used the name of another property we we looking at as we were surprised by the listing after booking (our fault for not digging deeper, we had searched and referred to the properties by title). Hosts are responsive and house is decently stocked. Heat is hard to find with thermostats behind TVs.

It was very peaceful and quiet while we were here. Loved the sound of the waves and we had great sunsets. One night there was a fantastic lightening show off shore and we had front row seats for that. It went in for hours. This is centrally located to Cambria, Paso Robles, Morro Bay and San Luis Obispo. We enjoyed our stay.

Perfect Beach-side Location

The condo is right in downtown Cayucos with easy, walkable access to the beach, pier, shops, dining, and grocery. The property is well appointed, clean, and easy to relax in. This was a wonderful spot to enjoy a few days with the kids!

We have stayed here several times over the years! It is a fantastic property. The views from the patio are stunning. You can hear the waves crashing as you sleep. There is a great area to eat together as a family. The rooms are good size and there is a fold out couch for another bed option in the living room. The kitchen has everything you could need! We love staying here and plan to stay again!

Comfortable place with great views

What can I say, this place was amazing. Waking up every morning to see the ocean outside the large sliding doors was perfect. You are literally steps from the beach. The amenities in the condo were plentiful. Communication with the host was very easy. My family and I will be back for sure.

The place was really nice and we were happy with it and the location was great. My only complaint is the host didn't rell us there was thinga to do before we left until the day of and as someone who doesn't have notifications for anything but text messages, I sadly did not see the instructions until days later. I wish I had been told sooner.
