We had a great time staying at this beach condo in Cayucos. The location was perfect—close and convenient to everything in town, from the beach to shops and restaurants, making it easy to get around and enjoy the area. The home was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. We especially loved being so close to the ocean. Overall, a really enjoyable trip and a great place to stay in Cayucos

The kitchen and bathrooms were clean. The rug and couch were in need of a good shampooing. There was also a large stain on the pad under the bed sheets. The place looks great in the photos, but is a bit more tired and run down than it appears.

Great location, plenty of amenities, nice view from upstairs. Lots of stairs inside and outside, so be aware of that. Kind of a musty smell inside that dissipated when airing it out. TV was difficult to work for us but we are not used to streaming-type channels. All in all a nice place.

I loved that the beach access was just around the corner, however the actual rental was not exactly what I had anticipated. You can see the ocean from the balcony but it is obstructed by the rooftop of the condos in front of you. There was dirty dishes in the cabinets, ants at the top of the stairs, we found at least 2 big clumps of hair, the downstairs bathroom sink was clogged, my dad was able to unclogged it & we had no Wi-Fi access. It was a cute condo & great location otherwise.
