It was a nice surprise to see a brand name for the little shampoo,conditioner,body lotion & bar soap—DOVE !🤗 Not sure what happened, but my sister left her swimsuit on the tub to dry overnight and the next morning we were shocked to see a long streak of rust colour coming from it. Also her silver ring was damaged & turned dark colour 🤔 after the hot tub. Mine was okay. Very strange….

We usually stay at this hotel when we are traveling out to Fernie/Alberta. The waffles are the best! Pool is good but it's a bit cold. Not too thrilled about having a room that faces into the pool area but it's a good hotel for families with kids.

Dated rooms/bathrooms that are in need of an update. Our blackout blind didn’t even cover the whole window. The water slide was closed which was a huge disappointment for my kids. The pool by itself was pretty small and boring. The breakfast offering was mediocre. We skipped it most days. There is a new Mr Mikes next door which is convenient. Probably will not be booking a return stay here. But you get what you pay for I guess.

My concerns are not with Super 8 but with Expedia I originally try to book for two nights and was told that two nights were booked Upon checking my emails it only showed one night I immediately called back to correct the mistakeand was told my second night was not available and no refund was available so not very happy with Expedia One more chance to refund or my company will cease dealing with Expedia

Room smelt like cigarettes and wasn’t cleaned very good. Sinks wouldn’t drain and the Kitchenette didn’t have hot water. Pool was cold and looks run down.

We booked this hotel because it had a waterslide and an a restaurant next door. Well the water slide was not working and according to staff had been so for several months. The restaurant was under construction. We could have stayed in a nicer place for less. When calling Expedia they denied knowing that the slide was broken even though several reviews stated this

We booked the hotel for the waterslide and when we got there it was out of order. We were willing to pay more for the hotel as we had children and they would use the waterslide. I could have got a better hotel for cheaper had I known the slide was down. The pool area was gross!! There was tons of sand at the bottom of the hot tuba d in the pool as well. It says to shower before using the pool but they provide NO showers, if the expectation is to use the shower in your room that’s gross as nobody wants to walk through the hotel wet, especially when towels are kept T the front desk. I will say we won’t stay here again ……EVER!!

Walking to local amenities was easy, and had a lot of choice. The room was clean, but shows its age. The sofa bed was definitely uncomfortable and there was not enough pillows or towels for number of people in the reservation

Nice stay

Check in was smooth, room was clean. Bathroom could use a few fixes but clean. Breakfast was good, lots of variety for a continental. Appreciated the Keurig coffee in the room.
