My children and I were so excited to stay here. We had a poolside room and the kids were so excited to swim. The slide was broken( apparently for months) the hottub was cold and we were told they had to change the water because it was merky. I’m sure that did not happen over night. The breakfast that was provided was very limited , the coffee machine did not work. The orange juice was a funny colour. We decided to go to the MacDonald’s down the street. This was a very disappointing stay. The only good thing was the fun room we stayed in.

We have stayed here many times over many years. It was a busy long weekend so breakfast selections were slim by the time we went for breakfast. Room was spacious and clean and comfortable. The water slide wasn’t working which didn’t affect us. One morning there was no coffee. But price was great for what we got.

Water slide and hot tub not working. Pool area dirty with water stains on walls and rusted doors. No hot water out of the bathroom sink and barely any out of the shower. Restaurant has been closed for a while (being renovated). Hotel is dirty in hallways. Gym hours are 8am-8pm so no early morning workouts for those that start their day that way. When checking out, asked the supervisor (?) about the all the deficiencies and why there was no updates online or an email letting us know earlier about the lack of amenities, she basically said you booked through a 3rd party so it was my fault.

There was mouldnin multiple spots on the calking of the bathroom, something (pop?) had been sprayed over the 2 lamp shades, and a necklace from a previous guest left in the room. There was 1/2 a roll of TP on the holder and no extra roll in the room. Didn't realize this until 945 pm. Called the front desk and they asked us to come get it as they were busy. Will not be staying here again.

I’m quite sure I’ve never written a negative review but we were disappointed in this place. We noticed upon check in that the waterslide wasn’t working. Not an issue for us but a disappointment for families with kids (we heard). We had reserved a king size bed and upon check in were told that that room was unavailable but that we could have an “upgrade” of two Queen beds instead. As a married couple two Queen beds is not what we were after. Not really a big deal (but please don’t chalk it up as an upgrade). When we opened the door the room smelled stuffy… almost musty. Yuck. Immediately we ran the fan to get the air circulating. Little did we realize the windows facing the pool (rm 301) don’t open at all (which makes sense likely considering the pool moisture and smell). Looking down at the main pool it looked like it likely hadn’t been scrubbed for a very long time. But what we wanted was to go sit in the hot tub after a long day on the road. We grabbed the only two large threadbare towels from the bathroom and headed down to find that the jets weren’t working on the hot tub either. As it turned out we started sleeping in one of the Queen beds but it was directly under the fan and far too noisy and disturbing. The breakfast options were limited; two types of cereal, no yogurt, cold hard boiled eggs, bread, bagels and make your own waffle machine ( which was quite busy). On the bright side? The orange juice was very good and the staff were pleasant.

The waterslide was not open and the pool does not have any towels. You have to bring the towels from your room to the pool and when asking for more they are very hesitant to give them to you. Continental breakfast was waffles, cereal, yogurt, toast, and hard boiled eggs. Plan on eating somewhere else honestly.

The water slides broken. That’s the only down side. Other than that the vibes and the atmosphere is impressive and feels very unique. Staff are nice, accommodating and anticipate needs well. Overall a clean, seamless, and comfortable experience. 9/10 would recommend. FIX THE SLIDE lol

The homeless guy below our window was unfortunate. Not in hotel property so not their issue. Construction site behind us. Lack of protein for breakfast and no gluten free was disappointing. Bed was comfy Shower head fell off Toilet not working properly. Notified desk upon checkout. Didn't know the hotel was under renovation. May have changed my opinion Staff was great and professional
