Overall good, but setting to 2 stars because of roaches in the room and the property. I won’t consider this property again due to this problem. However I must say staff is nice, helpful and friendly. I hope they can take the roaches problem seriously. This is marked as 4 stars hotel, but I would barely give it 3 stars in my opinion

A great hotel. I like that the front desk staff made the stay comfortable, very friendly and professional. One thing that I would recommend for improvement is the breakfast, very limited: cake, bread with cheese, honey, and hard-boil eggs tea, coffee, juice. They lack a variety of breakfast items a typical American would wake up to like yogurt, fruits and fruits is in abundance there. Otherwise very impressive, from the decor, layout, cleanliness...super! This will be where I stay again whenever I go to Morocco. I don't mind the breakfast that much but I hope this feedback would bring some changes to the breakfast menu...Highly, highly, highly recommended!

Nice hotel in the heart of the city

Great experience overall. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. The breakfast was good and very clean. Two members of the hotel at thI counter à tall man and a woman from Morocco were very good at customer service. One I didn’t like was that I requested to change room, but I didn’t get a response after my request. And the room is very small compared to the US hotel.

Reasonable, Pretty disappointing.

Breakfast was always cold. Waiters could not speak English. There was a female receptionist working during the day who could not speak or say a word of English, how disappointing. There was a male receptionist who worked nights who could speak English perfectly fine. I was given a single room which was very small, cramped and within that room there was no where hang up my clothes, I asked for me room to be changed to a double room which was better and then was asked to leave that room which I refused. Water within the shower was not always warm, hot. The hotel is situated within a back street, walking distance to restaurants and town centre. I would not rate the hotel as a four star rating.

Quit& relaxing stay

Hotel is more than excellent, staff in general are very chearfull& friendly espcially Khaled, breakfast improved a lot. Best money value, strongly recommented for honey mooners& close to all shopping centers.

Disappointing all round

Not staying here next time. The breakfast hot food was cold or neglected. Cakes and bread galore. Supposed to have been a superior room. Not. Tiny bathroom / wetroom. See through glass door on loo. Not for me. Bad wifi. Bad electricity in the room, so chargers didn't charge effectively enough. Coupled with wifi that was mostly not working, this was a disaster for a business person.
