Hotel is good, not really 5 stars but good. On the other side, service is the worst I got in my life. From checking if we ran away from restaurant so we don’t steal anything to questions like “did you pay security when checking in” like 3 times per day, I can say this was worst experience of my life and I am in hotels half of each month. Never again.

The hotel is indeed incredible, the service is great at the reception, the food is amazing, breakfast is awesome, the art is really really cool, the rooms are really modern, clean, the bed is compfy., internet works perfectly fine. This hotel is new and is very close to being perfect. Below the downsides. 1-The shower is really good, however the water from the showers leaked outside the shower room making the restroom quite wet every night I was there at room 539. 2-At the terrace bar the food and juices were indeed good, the ambience is amazing, the adjacent lobby area is really pretty etc, however, one of the waiters was really aggressive and threw a fit because I spoke to him in English when the official languages of Morocco were French and Arab, their words. He told me that, speaking French and Arab was standard, to which I replied that "if I wanted standard I'd stay at someone's house opposed to a nice hotel." I was very polite, but he was literally throwing a fit. Every time I spoke English to him he cursed in whatever language he spoke and the host of the bar was having a good time laughing at whatver curse words the waiter was saying. I can curse in arabic so I understood a couple of things the waiter has said. The hotel is nice, and I understand that the languages in Morocco are xyz. Yet if you work in the tourism industry you should be prepared to accept that ENGLISH is the language of business, not French, which is dying out all over the world, and definitely not Arabic. If he wanted to stay true to Morocco he shouldn´t speak neither French nor Arabic ( both forein languages) and stick to tamazigh, then talk about people who speak languages from abroad. Aside from the obnoxious guys that work at the bar, the hotel was perfect. The women who work at the reception are all amazing, speak great english and are always happy to help us. They work really hard and were the best at the hotel. My congrats to the women at ONOMO, they deserve 5 stars! 3-The maps given to tourists at the hotel are horrible. Please buy some better maps. The maps there are useless. Aside from these minor things the hotel is INCREDIBLE, I loved my stay there, it is an amazing hotel! :-)

Very clean, nice staff, food at lunch was great with nice ingredients, rooms are super clean, value for money hotel. There is a waiter called Hecham a very nice person. I will stay again in this hotel. If you they could add a pool somewhere and a spa that will make this hotel awesome

We spent two nights here whilst in Casablanca and were very pleased with this hotel. Granted, it is brand new (our visit coincided with the very noisy opening), but it is spotlessly clean, staff is courteous and efficient, they serve a delicious and very broad range breakfast, and we sampled a wonderful dinner menu too. All in all, a great Casablanca stay - thank you!

Brand new hotel with beautifull rooms, a great terrasse and restaurent. Nice location. Clean rooms. Professional and helpfull service. Fitness facilities (mostly cardio mashines). Location is great nearby shopping opportunities and many dining places.

I’m going start by saying...... BOOK IT.... the hotel is stunning and brand new! My partner and I spent what felt like weeks searching for somewhere to stay in Casablanca. We wanted somewhere that was clean, well presented and quiet. This hotel has only been open since March 2019 hence not many reviews! Well we can tell you now, book this hotel! Check-in was swift and professional and there is underground FREE parking for your hire car if you have one (driving is not for the faint hearted in Casablanca). The rooms in this hotel are brilliant and clean with all you need, we can not recommend this hotel more! The terrace is beautiful and relaxing with plenty of seating and the restaurant is also very elegant and well laid out with breakfast served everyday (€15 pp per night) a little pricey in our opinion. The hotel staff are all very friendly and there is plenty of security so no need to worry about a thing. To sum it up, we enjoyed 4 nights in this oasis in the middle of Casablanca with good links to everything as taxis are very cheap around the city. You can spend much much more for hotels in the centre, but why would you when hotel ONOMO is such a great modern, stylish and clean choice for your stay. My partner even left her expensive coat in the room, when we returned to the UK we called the hotel and house keeping had found it and put it aside! We are getting it returned to us as I write this review. Please do not hesitate to book this hotel, the ONOMO chain seem to have nailed it when it comes to reasonably priced hotels in good locations with almost opulent / stylish designed interiors. Thank you ONOMO for a great few days in Casablanca, truly an oasis in what is a busy bustling city.

The staff were great, particularly ones I interacted with. One gentleman named Mor Diouf and one other that serve at the cafeteria. There is another beautiful, and very helpful lady at the reception named Asmae Bel, she is wonderful, the best and irreplaceable, definitely one to keep.

I stayed for 5 nights for business trip. The hotel location, housekeeping, breakfast was very good. The staff is generally very hospitable and friendly. I would like to thank Omar and his colleagues for their hospitality.

The hotel located in the heart of the city centre, very clean and the staff are wonderful especially Issam, Omar, and Kelthoum. They were very patient with all extra questions I asked about the main streets since it was my first time in the city. Definitely recommend Onomo and 5 stars to the staff and comfort.
