The property was beautiful but the beach was dirty, the pool was freezing, and the area around the hotel felt very unsafe to walk after dark
First of all it's not up to the standard of a four season, rusted shower heads, smelly bathroom toilet. Second of all, given that it's a dry hotel ( no alcohol) they want to make up for the money in liquids a bottle of water is 12 dollars, a tea or a coffee is 10 dollars, a coca cola is 12 dollars. Local population earn 100 dollars a month and they want to charge you this ridiculous prices for liquids, in the pool a simple lemonade is 20 dollars. Another example of the rating is the slow service, it takes hours to get someone to serve your table unless you call them, and once you order it takes an hour to get the food. Therefore, it's missing significant

Excellent service. Clean and beautiful . Worth minry
This hotel is AMAZING!! Hands down the best service. You get what you pay for and everything was wonderful. The rooms are spacious. Every employee knows your name and we stayed there only for a night. There is a mall right next door that has a convenient store. You can buy snacks , water and some basic things. The breakfast at the hotel is a buffet and it is $35 per person. I thought that was on a pricier side and hence I did not try it. You did have the option of ordering room service and that was reasonable. There is a cafe next to the hotel that offers a good breakfast. It is at the bottom level of the mall. The hotel does offer car drop off and pick up. Each use is 200MAD. Very expensive, but it is great. We used it once to get to ricks cafe. I would highly recommend this hotel. I wish we could have stayed longer. We hope to be back. Thank you for a wonderful time in Casablanca.
unfortunately no alcohol, not even a beer allowed, but the tea are excellent
Coffee in lobby should be available until at least 8:00am free of charge
The location is a bit far from the city center and main attractions but is located in the fanciest neighborhood. The downside was that we were allocated in a room facing the entrance to the public beach and a McDonalds, felt like a joke. Sunday is a busy scene with very loud music so forget about sleeping in. People walking by can look right into your room. I had a partial ocean view because I paid for the upgrade but wasn't happy at all with the room facing into the McDonald's and the public beach entrance instead of the interior gardens. The people is nice and the room was very clean.
We only stayed one night but it was lovely. Went for a walk on the beach through their private access.
