After long train journey from Marakesh and arriving 1 hour after checking time i was made to wait another 1 hour before i could check in. The staff didnt seem to care. After finally being given a room there was no towels, the blinds were broken and tv had to be switched off at the mains. I called receptionist 3 time waiting for 1 hour for towels to be delivered. The hotel service was terrible.

It’s a budget hotel, I get that. But the bedsheets were itchy, no kettle or coffee in the room - these are basic. The only option for drinking water is to buy bottles from the vending machine so we couldn’t get room temperature water.

A Hotel without Towels!!

Upon check-in we were told there were no towels but they would be delivered to our room in an hour. After making 3 separate calls to the front desk over the next 5 hours, the receptionist told us,"We do not have any towels!!" So it'll come as no surprise that there were no towels ever delivered to our room!! We used clean pillow shams that we grabbed out of the laundry room for towels. There was no soap in the shower dispenser! Pathetic!! Attention to detail is near zero. I would advise staying elsewhere...

Appalling check-in: 40 minutes. Staff need basic training in how to locate a booking made via hotels . com. Incorrect door key cards issued : Reception staff don’t know how to program door keys, and will hand you one that is (a) not programmed correctly and (b) labelled illegibly, with a room number scribbled carelessly. Security Housekeeping staff suggested “If your door key doesn’t work, just ask me and I will open the door”. Housekeeping should instead direct guests to reception.

I just want to say thanks to the receptionist male ( Badr) this gentleman was amazing in his servis, very polite, caring, trying the best to help and sorting any request of the customers, also the man who delivering the staff evening forgot his name, I must say that all males gentelmen woh working in that hotel are very helpfull and doing the best, but unfortunately females are not on that level of providing service such in dealing with customers or dealing with customers requeste, especially those females on reception are not very helpfull. Cleaners are wonderfull I am very happy with their work. Heating was not very good cold rooms Iheard SAME from another customers. SINKS blocked most the time..

Very well located as it is right next door to the Tachfine shopping centre Just 10 minutes walk from the beautiful casa voyageur train station A safe walk but busy street The Hotel is a bit noisy especially in the day time Their laundry machines are on the third floor so you can hear them and when the cleaning staff change the bed sheets they move the beds with a screech However the staff were all very pleasant A good breakfast too

It’s a bang average hotel. I only stayed one night as I needed somewhere close by to the airport and fairly cheap. The rooms were clean, but very basic. The taxi from hotel to airport was only 300 dhs. Overall, can’t complain but wouldn’t stay longer than a day. Right next door, there is a shopping centre, it has a great choice of places to eat and a supermarket.

This was the worst place we ever stayed at, not just in Morocco but worldwide, hands down! I got injured due to poor housekeeping service (no towel on bathroom floor) and spent a night in a hospital. Had to fly out to seek treatment halfway through our stay. The supposed general manager named Fatou took my hospital bills, promised reimbursement as well as refund for the hotel stay. Weeks later, I was told on the phone call that I should've asked for a credit before checking out and the they don't do refunds. I have not received the refund for the hospital call she took neither. To summ it up, I booked two weeks, tripped and fell the first night and was in a hospital because there was no towel on the bathroom floor. Had to leave after one week to go seek treatment. They think they get to keep my money for the whole two weeks (including the week we did not spend there), and fill me with fake promises of refund and reimbursement of hospital bills. The dishonest and unprofessional behavior of this hotel's leadership is unprecedented. Booking a stay at this place was the worst mistake I made in 2024 and I'm still limping with a knee brace on. Casablanca is full of awesome hotels, stay away from Relax Hotel Casa Voyageurs please!

I checked in around 9pm, I went to the room to find out there was no remote for the TV, I called them and brought me a remote, then I found the TV was not working, then they brought me a TV from a different room. The floor of the room was dirty and even inside the hotel. I went to brush my teeth to find that the sink was blocked but at that point, I gave up because it was already late and I was staying for one night only.
