I loved my stay at the Hyatt regency Casablanca, has a great location beautiful large rooms high security at the lobby entrance , staff very attentive easy access to nearby attraction one of the main market across the street behind the hotel.

I left a paid-for “4-star hotel” to stay here and it was totally worth it. The Hyatt renewed my faith in the city and the continent. The concierge booked two trips for me which were unavailable at the “4-star hotel” nearby.

Three day stay at the Hyatt Casablanca, our first visit to this city. Very warm welcome from all staff. Special mention for Kassy, the restaurant manager, who kindly looked after us during the “ftour” evening meal of Ramadan. Our 10th floor room was spacious and had a good outlook. The hotel location is very central, within walking distance of the train station and the Medina. Recommended !

The bed was great, the lobby is elegant, with stylish decor. And the bathrooms have both tub and walk-in shower. The rooms have irons, a luggage bench for two suitcases and spiffy decor. What a treat! The location is central and cabs are easy to find.

We had a pleasant stay at the hotel. Unfortunately it was marred by two occasions where we were disappointed by the service attitudes of the staff. One of the conceige was very dismissive when we asked for some information regarding restaurants. He was curt n dismissive. He only recommended one eatery (it was nice but we wanted alternatives ). The other incident was in the hotel's cafe. We ordered french toast and couple of eggs. After 10 minutes they brought us plain toast. It could be the waiter misunderstood our order but after another 10 minutes, no sign of the French toast or eggs.considering the cafe only had a few customers at that time. We left without any breakfast. Pure waste of time. Very disappointed coming from a hyatt.

Nice hotel, good location, close to the marina. The restaurants in the hotel are great. The French restaurant was outstanding. The room, bedding, view, and amenities were great at the level above expectations.

We loved our club room and the staff was great. When we checked in around 2 pm, we asked the concierge for a great place for late lunch. He told us to walk behind the hotel to La Sqala restaurant. But we got lost on the way through the medina and finally walked back to the hotel and grabbed a cab. The first concierge was not very clear with directions. We met Handit, another the concierge later at night and he was more passionate and helpful over the first concierge. We asked him to help change our train ticket to first class to Marrakech and he went above and beyond. He even circled and showed us on a map how to walk to La Sqala restaurant. We loved this place for lunch. Delicious and nice garden patio. Lots of construction around Casablanca near the ocean. We saw the famous Rick’s Cafe which was built to recreate the movie Casablanca. We only stayed in Casablanca one night between Tangier and Marrakech. The train from Tangier to Casablanca was 2 hours. The only complaint we had on our stay was that the AC didn’t chill room and was hot always. I called and asked for assistance and someone came but never fully corrected the problem. Not good for sleeping and being woken up at 6:24 AM by the Hyatt work cleaning the windows. Frustration at the least. Thank you again, Hanit the concierge you was awesome!, not sure of spelling. The hotel was very nice and beats the amenities we had at Hilton in Tangier as a diamond member. Hyatt club offered much more. Thank you for a great hotel.

We booked a club room with twin beds and was given a room with a king. After raising this fact they send in an extra bed which is the worst in comfort of all hotel room beds ever. Cleaning personal did not do a good job cleaning either. The bed spread was very crumbled and not enough towels were given. The lady at check in could not be any worse. No explanation of where the lounge is, when its open, what amenities are available. No conversation or explanation at all. Meantime she took multiple phone calls and giggling with the person on the other line while checking us in. Unprofessional. The price paid was far higher than the value received. I am a marriott member and always stays with marriott. This time there was no marriott was available so decided to try hyatt. What a mistake. The regency lounge is a joke. They have no food or drink with the exception of two sodas and a cookie at the most. The breakfast at lounge is nothing to write home about either. They always butt in when i tried to take some juice or make a latte. They staff at lounge are trying too hard to serve you intruding your personal space. Leave the guests alone. If they want to take a glass of OJ let it be. The concierge was good, the lady was very thorough and informative. However we asked a guy hanging out to get me taxi and he immediately said its 150 mad. I said thats 15 bucks, careem does it for 20 mad but careem never seemed to work. Anyways we walked out and talked down the drivers from 400 mad to 50 mad to go to Ricks cafe. So dont rely on hotel staff for a taxi, just walk out and offer a firm price. The food at the bar was extremely overpriced. They hotel is basically setup for conferences and any unsold room they will sell to you. The Hyatt name is not equal to marriott in terms of quality, price or value. The hyatt is far worse in all categories compared to a marriott.

Very nice stay and staff are very hospitality, restaurant is not big but team are very helpful to organize it, room is very nice and clean, swimming pool was not opened yet , 3 lifts are working, very pleasant stay.

The staff was very kind and extremely helpful when we needed help to arrange doctor's visit, to extend our stay unexpectedly and change our transportation reservation. We enjoyed the room & service very much!
