Appalling service from host

No response from host at all, so the site support team who contacted the owner, who advised the apartment was no longer available for rentals. This just a few hours before travelling. Had to be reminded by site staff to issue refund and I see it’s still showing as available. Totally appalling attitude and lack of response from host. Not recommend at all
