They overbooked the hotel, had us waiting in the lobby for over an hour after traveling all day, and then sent us to another hotel with NO HELP in moving our luggage. A common practice of theirs ftom what I gather.

There were no rooms when we got there. They apparently have the habit of overbooking and then sending guests to a cheaper hotel in a less desirable part of town. They did not offer to send someone to help us haul our suitcases to the next spot. AND when adked to cover the city taxes ss they eere much LESS than the difference in price of the two hotels ( I checked on Expedia), they refused. I totally DO NOT RECOMMEND such irresponsibility. Fortunately, I made 2 srparate bookings; so this review goes twice.

Arrived 2.30 a.m. room only had 1 towel for 2 people, no air conditioning , room is dirty. Next day changed rooms , better bed , not as dirty, 3 day they say the air is fixed but it is not. Coming froming Canada trying to sleep in +27 with humitidy does not work. I requested some compensation but got nothing . Would not recommend ....

The property location is fairly walkable to Hassan II mosque, old medina shops, and some bars/restaurants. Hotel cleanliness needs improvement. Carpets were dirty. Hair dryer did not work. Shower leaked water all over bathroom floor. Breakfast was limited but adequate. Staff were friendly and helpful with setting up taxis and other small requests. This hotel could be very good if it just had some upgrades and improvement on cleanliness.

Location is great Room is spacious and new style However check in is very slow ( they are not familiar with ORBITZ platform Bad service!! Lack of bottle of water in my room I asked water they first said ok and will be delivered to the room. then the reception lady changed the tongue and claimed “ we don’t have water, buy from grocery, but 10pm everything is closed” then I insisted my right and they gave me one bottle

It’s neat , modern and chic. 5 mins from twin center and tramway, it’s easily accessible and surrounded by loads of supermarkets, produce market and restaurant. The in-room amenities are new and sleek. A cot is provided if you have a baby. Make an earlier request for cooking utensils else they won’t be available when you arrive, you’ll have to pay a 1000MAD deposit refundable when you leave. The room is spacious, has a 42” TV, fridge and freezer, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, gas cooker and dining table.

The hotel itself is good. Great location and in an easily accessible neighborhood. We were able to get around very easily by walking out to the main road and hailing a cab. The shuttle from the hotel was not free and consisted of the hotel calling a cab to come and pick us up from the airport. However, two cabs were called and both of them said they were sent by the hotel. We took the first can. We were told we pay the hotel upon arrival, but the cab driver asked us to pay him. We almost paid twice...and no one would explain why that happened. Be sure to have your wits about you. When you take a cab, insist on them using the meter rather than the flat rate. Otherwise, a good city to visit. I recommend Marrakech over Casablanca: Marrakech is more geared towards tourists.

It is a good property for the price, but simple requests, like one extra pillow (only one per person available, got me an answer of ‘NO, we don’t give extra pillows’. Front desk’s attitude was not great. The property is good, breakfast was very good and pretty much everything else was good. We finally had to shorten our stay there and move to other hotel with a softer bed and one extra pillow. Sounds silly but if you are trying to rest and sleep well they failed on attitude on a simple request. They refunded me the rest of the stay I prepaid, so that was good. It took two nights to resolve this and move. Not a great help from Expedia neither.

La housse de couette était sale ainsi qu’une des serviettes, le nettoyage des chevets et des murs laisse à désirer. La Literie est très ferme, le problème du parking dans une rue parallèle, donc il faut aller les voir pour qu’il vous ouvre la porte pour rentrer dans la voiture et ensuite avant de sortir. Allez à l’accueil pour leur dire qu’il vous ouvre la porte, l’équipe était très professionnel.

Bon séjour globalement

Si on n'est pas trop regardant sur le manque de vaisselle, la douche qui coule , les portes qui claquent tard la nuit et tot le matin ...le reste est convenable. L'emplacement ( très bien) et la clim ( bridée..) par forte canicule ont été très appréciés. Le prix a été correct en bénéficiant des promotions à 500 DH/nuit . On reviendra (faute de mieux)
