Very comfortable room...good design features🌞 The staff was very professional....went out of their way to be helpful:) We highly recommend this property👍One suggestion....better quality robes+towels in the bathroom would be a lovely addition🤩
This is a wonderful spot to stay in Casablanca. The rooms are enormous. The breakfast buffet is extensive and really has something for everyone. Upscale linens and towels. Beautiful lobby and maybe the most attentive staff ever.
I loved this hotel. Rooms are huge and the staff is extremely friendly. They all speak several languages. They spoke with me in English, Spanish and french. They were very helpful giving me advise of what I could visit. I also enjoyed the spa and a very good tea!!!! The hotel and rooms are beautifully furnished
Hardware is good with comfortable beds in a huge room which seems new, but that's all which would qualify this as 5-star hotel. We had dinner and breakfast at this hotel, and both were nothing to shout about. Service is the worst we have ever experienced in a 5-star hotel. The worst was the 2 women manning the egg station at breakfast. We ordered scrambled eggs and they gave us fried eggs, insisting those were scrambled eggs. No amount of explanation would change their mind. We also ordered sunny side-up and they gave us over-easy with the egg yolks all massed up and deeply fried, almost no difference from their "scrambled eggs". They were actually frustratingly funny!
This hotel is immaculate and the rooms are impressive however for business it is no good. 1) no food served told to use room service - after a long day at work don't want to take taxi somewhere. 2) no bar - yes I appreciate it's an Arabic country but even a soft drinks bar area to socialise would be ok. 3) location is awful! Felt quite exposed walking around it stray dogs etc there is literally nothing near this hotel other than a petrol station. 4) breakfast was awful, the food was average and the staff inattentive. The concierge very good however as were reception staff. I would in future book a hotel closer to Casablanca centre
We are on a tour and decided to come two days early before the tour started. The overall experience was very good. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The front desk staff did a great job in helping me get a converted for charging our phones . They provided and sent a staff member to go find and purchase the converted for me (I had to pay for it). Which is okay with me! Which was great! The room was very comfortable and clean. The breakfast buffet was very good. The staff in the dining area were very helpful and friendly. The only issued we had was the restaurant area. We had dinner and the service was very slow! We ordered a pizza and two sodas and it took three requests and over 20 minutes to get the sodas! The pizza also took over 30 minutes to get it! Which the restaurant was not busy, it had seven people eating in the restaurant. The pizza was okay! The hotel is located in an area that has no other restaurants close by! Therefore, you had to get a taxis to get too a restaurant. When using a taxi, request a red taxi with a meter. There by avoiding the need to negotiate a price. The other taxis required you to negotiate a price for your ride! Very nice hotel!
First of all let me all recommend this amazing hotel because of it's dedicated staff , and the fabulous guest relation Manal that helped my family and I through the journey ,she helped us with the rooms , with our flight . The food was not that great tough , but apart from that everything else is nice .
I have came here for Business trip and I find hotel is very cleaned and housekeeping staff is very co operative and Hardworking. I would like mention the name of Mrs Atika ( Housekeeping supervisor) and Miss Meriem ( Housekeeping staff) are very well maintaining my room no 525. Thanks to Mogador management as well for good work and would like to visit again.
We arrived in the evening after over 20 hours of travelling and were greeted with exceptional service . We would have appreciated a cold beer but unfortunately the hotel is waiting for a licence . Everything else was exemplary .
The rooms had great layout and are well equipped. The staff is super helpful from front desk to housekeeping and concierge everyone was ready to help with a smile. I want to thank the front desk staff (Mr. Fouad, Karim, and Sameh), the concierge team (Ahmed and crew) for all their help with a great attitude and a smile. Would definitely stay in that hotel on my next visit to the city.
