This is a standard European business hotel located in Casablanca, just like any Holiday Inn/Premier Inn back home. Everything is in place and everything works. it is clean and polished and the breakfast buffet is pretty good - if you don't want real coffee. The restaurant on the top floor has a great view, and you will have plenty of time to appreciate it while the food is prepared. The food is nothing specia when it arrivesl, and it is expensive.
The reception service is ok for 24 hours. The room is ok we had a triple room but i didn't like a lot. The rooms and the bathroom was not so clean it should be cleaned better. in the pics they looked better than they really are. The breakfast was not included and you have to pay extra for this.
We stayed at this Idou Anfa Hotel for the first and last night of our Morocco Tour. It was good. Room are spacious, clean and comfortable. Breakfast is continental. Dinner is a sit-down dinner which the servers bring our food to us. Amenities are good such as swimming pool, gym. Front Desk Agents were kind, cordial and helpful in dealing with tourists, customers and other people who needs help. Bell Man helped us with the luggage and direct us where to go to our Hotel room.
Meeting space was a good size and the temperature was well-controlled. Staff were responsive and the required break and restroom services appropriately located. Break foods were tasty and a good quantity was provided along with coffee, tea and just. Lunch was taken at the buffet which had many choices and flavors so that the meeting attendees could never have left hungry. One problem was the flow of smoke from the back of the house or loading dock. Every time someone on the staff too a smoke break, the air system would draw it into our meeting space and make every sick. When the room is in use, whatever smoking area causes that should be closed off and access restricted from hotel staff.
Staff are great & accommodating. Beds & pillows comfortable. Amenities are good. They have a swimming pool. Rooms are solid concrete which is great but Windows are thin & you can hear chaos outside. Only criticism & I feel an important one is the small black insects on the food in the buffet room. Very off putting.
The hotel is in central Casablance. It's a nice and comfortable hotel. Rooms are clean, service is good. We stayed there at the beginning and at the end of our trip in Morocco and although it serves large groups of tourists everything went well. Dinner and breakfast were good; very fast service. Recommended.
Spent 2 seperate nights in one week. Hotel was clean. Good Wi-Fi signal in the room. Check in and check out fast and easy. Good location. Everyone was polite and courteous. Food was very good at the restaurant behind the reception desk.
We stopped here two nights. The position was fine although we needed to catch taxis to get around. Staff varied. One woman on reception was not very welcoming whereas another one couldn't have been nicer. The doorman was great. There seemed to be a mix up with our booking so the room we were allotted on the sixth floor was not of the quality we had paid for. It was a small room and tired and a bit shabby with no chair to sit on and limited space to spread out suitcase out. Our travelling companions all got better rooms so we asked for another room for the next night. This one was better, with a balcony and a chair and more room to move around. Breakfast was a buffet and we found the range good and the food very nice, so no complaints there. We probably wouldn't have stayed here except it was the jump off point for our Moroccan trip. From this point of view, it was fine.
Hotel is on a busy street, so ask for a room at the back. Ours had a view over the rooftops of the city - interesting to say the least. Rooms were clean and spacious, with a bar fridge (not stocked) and a kettle. Very comfortable. Staff were plentiful and very helpful. A number of eating options, but menus/drinks were not cheap. Plenty of coffee shops on the streets and nearby restaurants. About a 20 minute walk to the Hassan II Mosque, and another 10-15 minutes to Ricks Cafe.
We were not expecting anything particular from this hotel as it was just a basic one night stay before our tour started, and we were quite nicely surprised. We arrived very late but they prepared a nice dinner for us (including dessert), they gave us huge rooms (suites with sitting room and with 2 bathrooms) not just to the adults but also to the kids. The breakfast was excellent with in particular a lot of fresh fruit. I would recommend it to all travellers
