They have re created a US airport hotel in Morocco. The building is shiny and new. The various restaurants were fine- we ate in the full service one. They had a free shuttle.
Nice hotel reception, garden and pool areas. However, the guest rooms are well maintained and air conditioning is not working as it supposed to
The reception staff were very rude and the restaurant staff were unhelpful.
Free airport shuttle. Odd arrangement for meals at the restaurant if you don’t have a travel voucher. Perfect location for a layover.
The lobby is decent. The rooms are poorly equipped.
The first room I was given had a leak from the bathroom sink's drain pipe. When I entered, I found half the bathroom floor covered. When I called for a fix and cleanup, no one showed up. Then I called for a new room, I was promptly moved, and the second room was fine. So was everything else.
nice hotel, with the bar and restaurant. staff are wonderful.
The restaurant staff were horsing around and all the customers could hear them, the food was cold, and took too long, when asked why , the girl had no answer , she said,well, the chicken is warm. The room was ok the sink was all stained , the only good thing about this hotel is the proximity to the airport and the shuttle.
Very comfortable stay.. will definitely use them again!
Restaurant could have had more attentive work force. Wasn't to busy everything took super long, first contact waiter I had to go inside and ask for service over five minutes.
The receptionist helped me sort out a rather complicated problem and was so good about it. The whole hotel was a welcomed good bye to a great two weeks in Morocco. We loved it.

a lot of items are missing from the room like mugs, cups, glassware, napkin, water....etc
The hotel is close to the airport but there is nothing around it. The floors have no carpet so if you lay your head to sleep or rest you will hear the noise of dragging tables and chairs from above, below and sides even with ear plugs, simply you won't sleep. I tried to complain about this noise but no one cared. The staff members, most of the cases, are not competent and they try to provide some limited service. The towels in bathroom looks like they have not been replaced for years, so thin you almost can see through them! I witnessed the most awful experience when about 30 guests entered for lunch. We waited for at least an hour for a waiter to start giving us a small piece of bread and square of butter then another 45 minutes to bring us a salad plate. Many people, tired of waiting, just left. It looked like the waiters have never served people before. The breakfast was very good as it was a buffet style. It has a good variety of items. If you are looking to stay there for a night or two this could be OK but for long period of time I would not recommend this hotel.
It makes it a nice place to stay if you have an early flight the next day!
It was great pleasure to stay in Atlas Sky near Airport as always but this time friendly staff Ms Kawthar and Houda assisted greatly when i was in short stay plus there was guests for business meetings Highly recommended
