Full kitchen was nice.. wish I lived closer to visit more often! Friendly staff, clean
Staff was friendly. Clean. Great location to major roads.
First time at an Extended Stay America. No covered entrance to bring your luggage in out of the rain: had to stop in parking lot blocking other cars and wield cart through narrow path very close to a car parked in handicapped spot right beside entrance; no sliding doors at entrance for entry with luggage cart; two separate entry doors to manually pull open while pushing cart through. Barely enough room for cart in the enclosure between first door and second door that also needed to be pulled open. 3 people Smoking right outside entrance even though there is a sign posted No Smoking within 100 feet of entrance. No hair dryer, or cups in room - had to put clothes back on and go down to lobby to get a cup for a bit of hot tea with a tea bag I brought with me, thankfully, because there was no coffee or tea offered in room. Glad my husband was with me because it would have been much harder to either leave vehicle blocking parked cars to take luggage to room then come back to park, or park around back of building where the available parking spots were and the have to walk alone through parking lot at night to get a luggage cart and walk all way back to vehicle to fetch luggage. Third option is to unload near door while blocking parked cars, navigate through the difficult doors and leave my belongings in a lobby that had no one at desk when I entered after husband checked us in. Schetchy man standing in lobby watching while I entered with luggage cart very awkwardly. Totally weird.
Clean and neat as a pin, everything - from the tub to the AC - worked exactly as it should. Even the trash room was very clean. The entire building was very quiet as well. Every staff person I encountered was very courteous and helpful, from the front desk to maintenance. Excellent experience, and if I'm in the area again, this will be my go-to, for sure.
Nice room and staff. Not many extras, like ice maker at the hotel BUT we were pleased with the room and how well it was prepared. Realize that you might reserve and pay for a certain room (we pre-paid for a King bed) and not get it (when you don't book directly with the chain). They did get us a room with 2 beds when we asked. Good value.
When we arrived there was no temporary check-in parking. I hadn’t to park on the other side of the building. We could not find a luggage cart, so I had to make a couple trips in the cold rain with my child. The only complementary items in the room were an iron and ironing board, 2 bars of soap, 2 plastic cups, and 1 tube of shampoo. You must ask for a coffee pot and bring your own filter and coffee. No maid service, trash removal, or towel and wash cloth replacement during our stay. The room was just basic. It was clean.
Good value, clean, comfortable, free “breakfast” is just granola bars. Wi-fi is extremely slow during peak usage hours.
This extended stay hotel is drab and dated. The bed linens are awful. The rooms are not furnished with the amenities one would expect from this type of hotel at this price point. Guests must ask for utensils, plates, etc. I had to buy a roll of paper towels and a hair dryer. The carpets were dirty and sticky, and the tub had hair in it when I checked in. The location is good, but not worth the money.
No coffee in room, thugs walking around asking for liquor. Will never stay here again!
I like to use this hotel because of its location to everything I need to do when I stop into Georgia.
Just what I need after a long trip to rest my head in your comfortable clean room. Thank you and I will be back.
Buy an ice machine. Wifi as fast as dial-up. Coffee and granola bars is not breakfast. A kitchen with no dishes or silverware? Horrible concept if for an extended stay facility.
Simple, quiet and quaint. If you just want a place to lay your head that's free of traffic, accessible to local dining and shopping, and has friendly staff, this is the place.
No frills, but serves a purpose and staff is friendly.
Staff was helpful and friendly and the location was close to restaurants, the mall and expressway
The rooms are a little small, and the beds are definitely small....not large enough for 2 adults to sleep in. I booked this room for myself, my husband and our 2 teenage sons. We ended up having to get 2 roll away beds and put them head to head at the foot of the beds so we could all have enough sleeping room! If it was just 2 adults or maybe an additional small child, it might be okay. Otherwise the rooms are clean. Also there is no ice in the hotel, and you have to ask for anything in the kitchenette like coffee maker, etc...they are not stocked, and if you stay longer than a day, there is no daily cleaning. You must take your dirty towels to the front desk and ask for clean replacements.
The hotel was okay. It was simply old and did not seem to be well cared for. I had reserved a room with a king bed, but had to change to another room with only a queen bed (the purchase price could not be refunded or altered in any way because I had pre-paid). The first room I was in (supposedly non-smoking) smelt like the hookah lounge, as if the air from a smoking room were being vented directly into the room's bathroom. To the staff's credit, they offered me another room immediately and I switched, although the second room had only a queen bed. The TV, shower, etc. were functional for a one-night stay. The hotel was near a mall and a movie theater as well as restaurants and Kennesaw State U. That being said, I doubt seriously if I would return there. I think I'd probably pay a little more to stay in a nicer place.
