Nice Hotel, Closed To The Beach, Restaurants And Market Zone.

Not at all what they advertised. It is not a 4 stars hotel. There are 4 elevators for 18 floors and only 2 work, those 2 take for everrrrr. never again.

It was much better that I espected. Great location, friendly stuff. .. Just be careful with street vendors outside of the hotel, they know how messing with currency exchange colombiano pesos with US Dollars. .

Hotel has nothing but outstanding external staff members. They all try so hard for their guest to be happy and joyful. I give them a BIG FIVE STAR. But I am sorry to say that I cannot say the same for their management, nor the hotel itself. And if you do not speak Spanish, do not bother staying here. The hotel ownership is pocketing a lot of money and putting none of it back into the hotel. The hotel has a lot of potential to be a five star, but it is not going to happen with just the hard work of its' employees. Ownership is going to need to spend some of that money fixing rooms. These rooms have nothing pleasant about them. No draws to place your cloths in, a very small flat screen TV on a plain large wall. A bathroom with very old fixtures which may be the original once when the hotel was first built. I can go on and on about the room, but the maid did her job in an outstanding manner. Elevators are extremely warm and take forever to reach whatever location you may be in. There are four elevator doors, but I think that is what they are, doors. When an elevator does finally arrive, you better run because they close very fast. Entertainers were great! They perform slightly at the dinning area, but they really out do themselves at the discotheque. Music was very good for those who love Latin music. Because of a comment a person made concerning a booking going terribly wrong, I decided to call the hotel directly to make sure my booking was for two. I was happy to be confirmed for two, but I was not happy to hear that my All inclusive was not included. Took many calls and a couple of days to get this fixed. At the end it was not worth it. This is the first time I had an All Inclusive which would charge for whatever you consumed from the refrigerator and items they place on top.

Excellent location, good service, good buffet. Helpful staff

This hotel is convienately located. I have stayed here a few times with no complaints. Worth the cost.

It was a positive experience to stay in this Hotel. It was an excellent place in the whole sense. It was a great value for money.

This is a very busy hotel. Breakfast is good but the staff are very strict. We arrived late without booking online and they would not take online bookings that late and proceeded to charge us 2.5 times the price. Then after I had checked out, in the following days, whenever I went to visit my friend who was still there they would not let me in the hotel. Even when I had been a guest the day earlier

In front of the ocean. Too many people in the pool. Small bar & discoteq next to the hotel.

Good service, helpful staff, nice beach front location, close to local attractions.

I have bad experience in this hotel I have to pay another $400 more

I went on vacation to Cartagena the hotel is located just in front of the ocean you can enjoy he beach or the pool on top of the hotel with a beautiful view . The room was ok, clean and comfortable , the breakfast is really good .It is an old building needs some improvements . The only complaint was in the web page they said there was a shuttle from the airport but it is not true. I think you have that service only if you buy the all inclusive .

I recommend this hotel and would stay there again. The beach is across the street, it is centrally located and surrounded by a great shopping area (clothes, restaurants, cafes, drugstores, banks/ATMs). The service staff is very cordial, the rooms very clean, and the wifi is pretty stable. The rates include a huge buffet breakfast and the two restaurants in the hotel have good food at reasonable prices.
