Pay 5 stars and get 3.
That is a 5 star hotel supposedly, but I’ve been to 3 star hotels that were better.
The A/C in my room wasn’t working properly, no matter how high you’d set the temperature, the room was always freezing.
The shower head was spilling water all around, except down below. The shower drain was also too small, making any 5 minutes shower become a pool.
The breakfast was poor in options, some days there was someone pouring coffee at your table, some days not. The fruits were kind of flavourless, and the last day there was just one type of cheese(the one nobody wanted the day before).
The rooms were clean late afternoon, almost the time we were coming back from tours and walks, the room floors were usually left soak and wet excessively and just one towel was left for me and my wife.
The proximity to the Walled City is good, but that also brings a lot of noise. They were having concerts every night at the “Pegasus Muelle”, with loud music.
I wouldn’t say it’s the worst ever, but for the price paid it should be better.
