Property was nice and the lady that works night shift was awesome but the day shift staff needs to work on their customer service skills. Plus for some reason they tried to charge my credit card $50 after I checked out today (Im assuming for a deposit) even tho my room was inspected & I was given the "Ok" that everything was good at my check-out.
Everything at this location worked. The heating/cooling was quiet, effective and easy to operate. The water in the shower was easy to adjust. The best feature was Lanetha (NeNe) at the front desk. Of the hundreds of hotels I have stayed in all over the country she is the most efficient and genuinely personable front desk person I have ever come across.
The room was spacious. Was put in a room with ant problem, then transferred to a room with blood on the comforter.

Was expecting better. BAD: Room 202 had an overwhelming smell of masculine air freshener. Wall was stained black around the bathroom light switch, fixtures were rusty, shower curtain smelled sour and moldy, splatter stain up high towards the ceiling, lots of unprofessional quick-fix caulked areas. GOOD: Comfortable beds, clean sheets, sausage was good. We left our pillow, and they immediately called to let us know.

The hotel is in the middle of a plaza. Everything you might need is within walking distance. Restaurants and groceries are right there. Other shopping centers are also close by. The hotel rooms are spacious, clean and are non smoking. There is a indoor pool. The staff are courteous and eager to please. The place is well lit at night and I felt safe there. Villa Rica is a nice town and about 40 minutes from Atlanta.
Price was right. Room was a little warm as we entered late. It served the purpose just a nights sleep before a savage race. Breakfast was continental, same things as normal. overall staff were friendly and parking was plentiful and hotel was close enough to the event.
This was a decent place to stay for a decent price. The staff was nice and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast want nothing to rave about but for the price ,I'd stay here again.
I stay here whenever I have business in Villa Rica. I've tried other places, but think this is the best choice for me. It's near a grocery store, so that's a plus,
