From the moment my family & I checked in, I had a great experience. I was greeted by Sergio he was very helpful & polite. The room was clean & bed was very comfy. The microwave & fridge came in handy. My grandkids had a blast in the pool & hot tub. The complimentary breakfast was so delicious, they served eggs, potatoes, sausage, waffles, cereal, fruit, yogurt. I can go on & on. Overall my stay was awesome. I will definitely be coming back the next time the family is in Carlsbad for legoland.

Room was in poor condition and smelled bad and staff at breakfast was rude. People were finishing their meals in the breakfast area when the lady walked in and turned off all the lights, TV’s ect at 10am. Blocking off the entrance is acceptable but leaving people eating in the dark was rude.

Front desk staff was friendly We were told breakfast was 6:30-9:30 and in the rooms the amenities sheet they leave on the counter said breakfast was until 10 am. We went down at 9:10 and everything was put away when we were getting coffee which was the only thing left we were rudely told by whoever was cleaning up they were done with breakfast.
