The first room we were given at the farthest away from the front desk had a TV that did not work. Tried to call the front desk but the phone didn't work. Had to grab our belongings and hike back to the front desk. Second room which was above the room we had initially been assigned had another TV that didn't work. .We were given a third room and in the middle of the night the bathroom floor was flooded and my husband almost fell. We had an amazing stay! Everyone on the staff was so friendly and welcoming from the moment we arrived. We loved being able to check in early, and the continental breakfast was delicious. The room was super clean, and the hotel’s location was perfect—just a short drive to Legoland and the outlets. We’ll definitely be staying here again!

The front desk was inviting and answered all questions. The room was roomy, clean, arranged well, kitchenette had whatever you may need if used, Bathroom and shower clean. Towels smelled fresh, yep, we smelled them. :). Beds were sleep ready. Slept well, a take me home type mattress. Quiet rooms. did'nt notice other noises. The 6-9 am M-F breakfast was on point for the get up and go person. Hours change for weekends. Parking is accessible Hotel in good area.

The night shift *in training* blonde girl gave us such a hard time checking in. She never welcomed us in and when asked for a manager. She said she was alone, with a sign next to her stating "manager on site 24/7".Very miserable and ugly attitude, showing signs of incompetence when the tap to pay wasn't working. Hire staff that are kind and smile, and welcome you instead of finding problems with no solutions.
