Wonderful weekend
A fantastic weekend at The Nook. From the moment we arrived we were made to feel welcome and very comfortable in a beautifully presented property. The views were stunning, the property has been decorated tastefully - it has everything needed for a quiet, cosy weekend away, but with lovely luxury features like the logburner, hottub, BBQ and outdoor furniture. Also brilliantly situated for walks. Couldn’t recommend more!

The nook
We enjoyed our stay so much the view was amazing, the hot tub was very clean and easy to use. The garden was very spacious perfect for taking animals with you. The cabin stays perfectly warm with the heater so make sure you have the heating on after a shower because the shower doesn’t get as hot as I’d like. They provide anything u can think of in the kitchen area except from an oven but there’s an air fryer oven which is just as good

Very relaxing
Very quiet and relaxing. Comfortable and clean. Hot tub is excellent with great views during the day and lit up bridge at night.
Be careful when turning into the farm road very uneven not ideal for low cars especially if arriving when dark. Other than that, wonderful break and would definitely go back.

Absolute heaven
My husband and I stayed at The Nook for 2 nights, it was heavenly from start to finish. In the peaceful hills near Chepstow, with the odd "mooooooo" from the cows on the farm or the scurrying squirrels in the garden. We spent our time in the hot tub, playing games, visited Chepstow Castle and tasted the delightful goods from Moo HQ.
The Nook is VERY well supplied with towels for both the shower and the hot tub, tea/coffee/sugar for your morning brew, hob, mini oven, toaster and kettle, crockery, cutlery, washing up supplies, games, TV, firewood for the burner. They have thought of everything!
On site is Moo HQ where you can buy eggs, jam, cured meats, cheese but have to say what caught our attention was their milk vending machine, fresh from their very own cows. I believe there are 7 flavour options for milkshakes and there were various gelato flavours. We opted for banana milkshake and the cherry cheesecake gelato. Magnificent!!
There is a Tesco in the town about 3 miles away so we organised a click n collect order from there on our arrival day for all our food and drink supplies.
Having visited in November, we were worried about being cold, but the heating in there kept us very toasty, I would just recommend packing some slippers to get you to and from the hot tub.
We cannot wait to visit again!!
