It wasn’t the cleanest as there was a lot of crumbs on the floor and also, the fire alarm went off at 4am in the morning and woke me and probably all the other customers up, this morning went down to checkout and didn’t receive any apology for this happening and for causing distress from being woken up at 4am in the morning

This may be the smallest room in the world. It isn’t possible to sit at the mini desk for example. Light pollution from outside light since the curtain is too small. Noise from other rooms incl doors slamming

The soap dispenser in the shower had run out, the light on the left of the bed didn't work, the shower temperature control was barely movable and the shower door didn't close properly. All were reported after my first night, nothing had been rectified by the second.

The location near to the train station was really convenient; the bed was comfortable (for one person); and reception staff very helpful. The room was a bit cramped, especially the shower room, with nowhere to hang towels or place toiletries. Also, the air conditioning was noisy (so switched it off), and it seemed to 'spark up' in the middle of the night (even though switched off).

This was a poor stay with a very very small double room. The bed was extremely uncomfortable and the rooms was nothing like those advertised while booking. I would recommend just going to a travel lodge for the same price as that would be far and wide a better experience

Hotel was very much as expected the two negatives about the whole thing was the fact that one of the hotel cleaners decided to use the toilet in our hotel room whilst changing the sheets, when we returned that is all you could smell in the room. We went and bought an air freshener but in a room with no window the smell was there for a while. The second would be the fact that the rooms get so hot at night and the air conditioning only goes as low as 18 degrees which was of no help at all when you’re physically melting in bed. Reception staff was fantastic and ease of access was great.

Great hotel if on a budget.

For an 'Express' style hotel this was perfectly good. The only problem with the room was that the air-con wasn't working but that didn't cause us an issue. Breakfast was plentiful and good quality. The staff were very helpful and friendly.
