Right in the city center, reasonable price. Staff are so kind and helpfull. Car parking, seimming pool, sauna, they’ve got everything together with shuttle to Erciyes Ski Center. iy you are staying more than 1 day then you need to renew your room key on the next day before you go to your room! it doesn’t work after 12 o’clock!

this hotel is right in the middle and boasts good city views. There is plenty of food choices nearby or the hotel can even give you Frech fries! Breakfast is a good plunge into Turkish culture and you will love it for sure,

I did choose this hotel due to its location. The hotel was a bit rundown but the rooms were recently renovated, so it was OK. The staff was extremely helpful and polite and the price compared to other surrounding hotels was definitely a bargain. There is a bar within the hotel, which is a plus in a city like Kayseri which is quite conservative. Unfortunatey the restaurant in the 12th floor of the hotel was a bit disappointing. Te menu was average, the wine list did not reflect the wines being sold and the staff was not happy at all. overall it was an OK experience.

The hotel was very old the enterence and the loby was not like a Hilton. This area is a one of the most famous ski center of Turkey. We were here for ski ofcourse but in this Hilton there was no any Turkish or Fin Bath this was very big deficiency for these kind of activities. The only good thing was housekeeper Mrs.Mevlan . She was very kind and helpfull from all other staffs. The breakfast was very ordinary. I will not advise any one for ski.

It was great facilities cleanliness friendliness...AWESOME! Helpful friendly receptionist and housekeeping and attentive work out facility staff...it was great service from the Hilton. Thank you so much we highly recommend the hotel to all of our friends and family. We had upgraded rooms and an enjoyable stay with our children and were thankful for the extra service the staff provided for housekeeping and food service. Great hotel Highly Recommend

I went with the Hilton standard in mind but left dissapointed. None of the staff spoke even a little english and their treatment was definitely not of an 5 star Hotel, some of the staff being even rude sometimes. Room keys bugged almost every day. Souvenir shop vendor inside the Hotel tried to scam us (Tourists) several times, so be aware. Cleaning ladies were always polite and professional though. Great Breakfast and comfortable bed but terrible air quality/conditioning in the room.

The hotel is centrally located and have a very easy access to transport, food and shopping. We got a room on the 10th flr and have a good view of the surrounding mountains. Really nice to wake up to. Our room was always warm and there was no way to turn it down. I have read reviews about it so i didnt bother complaining. They kept the room clean for the 3nights/3days of our stay. The first night, i had to call for them to fix the fridge because it wasnt working. They were very attentive and they changed the fridge right away. We had to order food very late at night because of late arrival, and the room service was quick enough to arrive and for a reasonable price. The breakfast buffet was ok, there was enough options to choose from. The hotel facilities are good. I really like that the gym was open 24/7. The roof restaurant had a panoramic view of the hustle and bustle of the town. Shame we didnt get a chance to dine there. Be warned that it gets very noisy early in the morning because of the mosque infront of the hotel (i was told that it was a call to prayer through a loud speaker) no need for wake up call or alarm clock for that matter lol. All in all im quite satisfied during my stay. I must commend all the staff that catered to our needs during our stay. Despite of their difficulty with speaking in english, they always try their best to be of help. They always smile and are very friendly.

We've stayed here before our way to Cappadocia but was disappointed this time as we had upgrade to A Terrace Suite which was not worth the extra money. The standard room is fine but the Terrace Suite was very neglected and tired. For a Hotel like this I expected at least red wine in the bar and not to be charged for a cap to use the swimming pool which did not have a hammam. However I did receive a bottle of red wine because we has to change our room as there was a leak. Overall the Hotel has a great location, views and staff, which are extremely polite and helpful. But the Hotel needs a lot of TLC.

I stayed there at the end of October 2017. Average temperature in Kaysari was 14C during the day, and 4-5C during night. The room was constantly at 29-30C. It was not possible to activate the air conditioning. Windows only opened 15cm (and it is noisy outside). It told hotel staff after the first night, I could barely sleep because of the heat. They said that they will do something. Second night, the same, 30C all night. I was told that that was the standard for the hotel, but they could switch it off for my room, which I said "yes, please". Third night, same 30C. They didn't do ANYTHING. I couldn't barely sleep for three nights!! Customer service (and their English) was really poor. I was unable to sleep properly for three nights, having to drink 1.5l bottle of water each night due to dehydration. Worst night sleep at a hotel ever! Positives: large room, comfortable bed, breakfast was ok. But the heat and lack of air conditioning ruined everything. I wonder who sets the room temperature, I wish they get stuck in a sauna the rest of their lives.

Damla and Gamze checked me in;I appreciated Gamze's English as I found most staff had limited or no English. Ahmet the Bell Captain very helpful, thank you. I would have preferred the option of air conditioning v.s. the set 'central heating'. Also the shower water temperature device was something I've not seen in my travels. Hot water a bit slow getting to the shower but it worked. Bathroom door opened onto the toilet, which was a bit strange considering the size of the room. Windows not very sound proof. However it was a great experience in Kayseri, without piles of tourists. There's an underground passage to cross the main street; it's worth asking the hotel how to find this as crossing is a bit tricky otherwise. There is a super market just around the corner, across from the flower stands but no sign telling you that you are at the super market. The Elmacioglu Restaurant is a 10 minute walk and offers excellent local food and is worth visiting after Goreme and the tourist adjusted food prices and tastes.
