Stylish home with a in the quiet and wind-free neighborhood of Bantry Bay and close to the world famous Sea Point promenade. It is a 3 minute walk to Saunder's Rocks, Queen's Beach and Regent Rd, which is full of amazing bars and restaurants.
This is a three bedroom house with an exceptionally spacious entertainment area, open plan loft with high speed wifi (250/100 Mbps) and spacious work area. Front patio with a pool, back yard and a small garden in front of the house.
*House has back up batteries and solar panels. Back up system powers the entire house*
Walk straight into the open plan, double volume living space, where you will find the kitchen with a 6-seater dining table, a spacious and comfy sofa next to the fire place. Stairs lead to the loft, which features a TV lounge and study. Passing the living area you will enter the back yard with a water feature. The front door terrace (which is above the garages) has an outside dinning table, pool and two pool loungers.
Two bedrooms are on the same level as the living room and the third is located on a level below, which has a separate entrance and a small garden.
The interior design and refurbishing of the house was finished this year, so all the furniture is brand new.
This is the perfect place for those who like to stay close to the action but comfortably removed.
