The breakfast was excellent and the services fantastic. The hotel was spotless... our room was not big but it had a great views of the harbor. Would definitely recommend staying there because of the location as well. I had was an issue with the bathroom they put a door stopper on the floor immediately in front of the toilet it makes it which makes sense because it's protected big glass door. My toes however have a different perspective

Wonderful hotel minutes from the shops, bars and restaurant of the V&A Waterfront. Rooms were comfortable and cool and the rooftop offered great views and vibes. Just don’t expect to actually swim in the pool.. it’s tiny and cold! Overall though we had a great stay and I’d definitely return.

The location in the heart of the Waterfront is great. It is safe to walk around to enjoy the shops, eateries and street entertainers. Breakfast has healthy options and great choices. Our room had a good view, It was quiet and dark, ensuring good sleep conditions. We would stay here again.

The location cannot be beat! Best location for V&A waterfront - we stayed 5 nights. Staff are incredibly welcoming. Nice restaurant/bar and lobby. Hop On/Off bus Stop #2 is right across from the main door. Rooms are clean; lots of space for unpacking. The bathroom is part of the decor/ style of the room, but suggest some shelving for toilettries which could easily be installed under the vanity and one is needed in the shower. The door to the washroom is opaque and has a gap between opaque glass and doorframe, so uncomfortable when travelling with a friend versus a spouse. Loved the coffee maker in the room - like a Nespresso - and plenty of drinking water which was so appreciated. I will recommend this hotel and would defintely stay again.

The restaurant staff at dinner seemed a little disorganised or uninterested. Some just stand and you have to wave to get attention whilst one or two do everything. Hotel itself is great but I’m not sure the whole team really feel committed and proud to work for Radisson. To some it’s a boring “job” !
