Always a pleasure to stay here, friendly and helpful. The location is perfect, both for walking to the V & A Waterfront as well as easy access to the highway. Breakfast is always good and the room is pleasant. Peace and quiet which is always great. Cheers for now Steve

Although no pool due to drought.. would have been nice to have been warned. This affected the way we planned to spend our days considerably. We had been warned that there was building work in the area - however this totally ruined our stay. A large new block being built 40ft across from our balcony. Work began at 6 am and went on until 6 pm!!! Even on Saturday - they were there till 4 pm.... this meant we couldn't stay in and use our apartment or balcony as planned... curtains shut all the time. We did mention to the people we booked with and they offered to move us to a place 20 km away.. but we had a friend also staying in the block so we couldn't move. so they gave us one nights refund. A lovely gesture but not really sufficient for an 8 day stay that has been totally affected! Better than nothing though! We had booked through The booking process was good and all the emails etc were clear, friendly and helpful. The apartment was clean - well equipped and cleaned every day. frank our contact was lovely to deal with too. Die to the issue already mentioned we didn't use the apartments features at all. Had the building work not affected us so much we would have given this a much higher rating. It was a 10/15 min walk into waterfront down a canal path but this path closes at 7 in the evening... so a taxi is a must.. as it's very awkward to get to (right through the convention centre) adding another 15/20 mins onto the walk. This was a shame as we like the evening walk after dinner. The bar and restaurant downstairs were very clinical and we chose not to eat in them at all... so can't say if good or not. We did get a car parking space which was great.

Outstanding service and one of the best hotels I've stayed in around the world. Highly recommend. The staff are very friendly and answered every question then and there on the spot as needed. Without a doubt I would stay here again if I return to Cape Town in the near future.

A lovely hotel, based down by the waterfront, a short walk from the main waterfront of restaurants and shops. The room we shared was lovely and spacious and looked towards Table Mountain from our balcony. The breakfast option was overwhelming with the choice of breakfast dishes to choose from.

My partner and I just had a 6 night stay in a luxury room and we were beyond happy with the room and the staff. The rooms were super clean, nice and were serviced by house keeping daily! The reception staff went above and beyond to help out with confirming and clarifying details of all our tours and activities while in Cape Town. Every time we’d walk past reception front desk would give a big friendly wave and were always interested in how our day was. That welcoming and accommodating service really made our stay even better!! At the end of each day housekeeping would bring around a weather card for the next day and chocolates or lollies with a lovely little note which I just adored!! Such a nice touch!! I have pretty high standards for someone who can’t afford the super expensive hotels and I’m a total clean freak but AHA Harbour Bridge exceeded my expectations and I was extremely happy during my stay!! Thanks so much for making our time in Cape Town even better :) - Billie & Chris

The staff was so helpful and burned backwards to satisfy our needs, we were late for dinner, the chef and waiters worked an hour extra so that we could be saved, the dinner was delicious one would not say it was prepared quickly and on last minute.

Expensive, but good value for money. Restaurant had excellent cuisine. Good, efficient staff at reception and in restaurant. No faults, which is unusual! Balcony with a view appreciated.- helps for a smoker.

My friend and I are staying at this Harbour Bridge Hotel. We would like to tell you, that the staff bends over backwards to help us! The desk staff Abdul, Rowan, and Lorenzo have gone out of their way. They have booked us tours, cabs, and given excellent advice and direction. All the restaurant staff were most obliging. Like to mention Nwabisa, as she was always so kind and pleasant.

Stayed here for 4 nights, rooms were good size, bright and very clean. There was a large walk-in shower, separate toilet and also a large tub. Oddly the tub was separated from the bed area by a half wall with the ability to pull down a blind for additional separation. We had a lovely view of the downtown and Table Mountain. The hotel is located near the V&A Waterfront, but with the nearby construction it wasn't an easy or quick walk. Breakfast was excellent with many hot and cold choices, you could also request eggs cooked as you liked e.g. fried over easy. We also had dinner here - everything we tried was very good and reasonably priced. The only negative was that service was slow and dinner was always a long affair.

Nice place you have, excellent location. I will happily recommend this place to anyone looking to have a nice stay and relaxed time. Close to the Waterfront, a walking distance to the CTICC. Value for money indeed.
