Great location. Good for families with younger kids but actual bedrooms with privacy only sleep 7. Owner very responsive and kindly refunded pet fee after part of our group had to cancel at the last minute. We were grateful for the dog friendly fenced in back yard.

Great place!

Our family stayed for a long weekend and had a great time. It was easy to check in, talk to the owners, and the place was exactly as described. Plenty of space for all of us to stay comfortably and not too far from the beach. Would definitely stay again!

Very clean, perfect location

The house was very clean and in a great location. The owners offer so much, between bikes and beach chairs, etc. there are plenty of places on the porch or the top deck to relax and take in the views. You can walk to everything you need, beach, shops, grocery store, bars, restaurants, you name it.

Lovely home, great location

The house is lovely. Very clean and comfortable. The only surprise is the third floor bedroom with 2 single beds does not have a door so there is no privacy. The porches are beautiful and we loved our stay.

Great house with lots of amenities

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was clean and well-appointed, and the location worked well since we always go to Broadway Beach. Our biggest disappointment was that we weren't able to rebook it for next year because we didn't realize we would have to do that before we had even completed our stay. Lesson learned, I guess!

A gem of a vacation rental

Everyone in our family was delighted with our week-long stay at the Sea Horse cottage. The location was convenient; the house was comfortable, clean, and big enough for our group of 8 people. Kitchen, bathrooms and appliances were modern. Every room had charm. The bicycles were an extra bonus and well used! The owners were quick and thorough with communication. Five star experience all around. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend a stay to anyone and would love to return to this lovely sanctuary in the future.

August beach family vacation

We all enjoyed our vacation! The cottage was extremely clean and provided us with everything we needed. It was convenient to the cove where the kids all like to surf and downtown. Access to all the bikes was a plus as it is a little walk to the cove. We would definitely recommend this cottage for a large family with kids.

Cozy Cape May

We stayed for a week at this large and cozy Cape May Home. The home is stocked with everything you need and is walking distance to the Town Square but far enough away for peace and quiet. There is two very close eateries (a market for amazing sandwiches and a beautiful wood fire pizza/eclectic dining restaurant) that we ate at several times during our stay. The house has plenty of parking and the neighborhood was quaint. Both Karen and her husband were very nice to work with. Thanks again for allowing us to create unforgettable memories in my favorite beach town!!! Eileen

Loved the porches!

This is a beautiful, well kept, and clean home. The photos accurately showed the rooms. We loved the porches! We also really liked having a second kitchen/refrigerator on the second floor. The third floor sleeping area is really more geared for kids, but the adults in our group made it work.

Fantastic week with extended family

The house was perfect for my husband and I, our 3 adult children, their spouses and 3 grandchildren to spend Christmas week together. The two living areas were wonderful. The kitchen is large and had everything that we needed to cook in every night. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful rental, excellent hosts! We were very comfortable and hope to stay here again!

The house was spacious and well-appointed. It had everything we needed -- kitchen appliances, a large refrigerator, comfortable beds, extra blankets, and a washing machine & dryer. Everything was clean and it was obvious that the house was well-taken care of. Karen and Matt were excellent hosts. They responded very quickly to any questions we had. We very much appreciate their flexibility and consideration in refunding the pet deposit when our plans changed, and our daughter's dog was not going to be staying with us. I highly recommend the Sea Horse cottage for families! Cape May was wonderful in the off-season -- we went whale watching, visited the Washington Street Mall, a winery, strolled on the beachfront promenade and explored neighborhoods, took long walks on the beach, and enjoyed the nature trails near the lighthouse. Beautiful!
