The property is newly built in 2023 with all new utilities, appliances and furnishings. The house is immaculately kept . Bedrooms are comfortable and equipped with Samsung wall mounted televisions. There is a 75” television in the living room.

The yard is well manicured and kept .there is access to Cape Coral network of canals from the backyard.

Guest has privacy and full use of the entire house . No one resides on the property.

Tranquility

This home lives up to its name (Tranquility). This brand new home sets on a fresh water canal. The lanai on the south side of the house overlooks the canal for relaxing mornings with a cup of coffee. There are flat screens with internet in each bedroom. Quiet neighborhood with easy access to shopping and dining.
