Island Time-Gulf Access Pool Villa with 3 King Beds

Island Time is a gorgeous, newly remodeled rental home situated in SE Cape Coral with Gulf Access. It is a quick drive to the Caloosahatchee River, twenty minutes to Matlacha, thirty minutes to Fort Myers Beach. Guests can enjoy all that SW Florida has to offer from the convenience of a pristine, well designed vacation home. This rental features 3 bedrooms each with its own King size bed and 2 full bathrooms.
Island Time can comfortably accommodate six guests with ample room to entertain. For your convenience, all linens for your stay are included and long-term stays are permitted.

The interior boasts a very open floor plan with plenty of light and spacious coastal design with a split floor plan and pocket sliders opening up the house. Upon entering the home you have an unobstructed view to the pool area and lanai. From the kitchen there is access to the dining and living room, as well as pocket windows facing the pool area for great entertainment. A shuffleboard table is available for entertainment even on rainy days. There is also a fully equipped kitchen, wireless internet, and a washer and dryer.

Highlights of the outside include: a large lanai waiting to be used for sunbathing, grilling, al fresco dining, entertaining, swimming in the heated pool, and relaxing in the hot tub. There is a new dock for canal fishing. Island Time truly has it all and is just a thirty-minute drive from Southwest Florida International Airport. With over four-hundred miles of canals, a plethora of restaurants, nature reserves, and nearby beach towns, this location offers a wide range of activities to suit every guest.

very clean and tidy house. love the pool and hot tub! definitely was nice to have a hot tub since some days were rainy and a little chilly. good location, close to everything we needed. would come back!

Sehr schöne Lage, aber mehr erwartet

Die Lage der Villa ist wie in der Beschreibung. Direkt am Wasser gelegen und ideal um Mandates zu beobachten. Die Zimmer sind groß und Stauraum ist genügend Vorhanden. Die Sauberkeit, insbesondere der Boden im Pool Bereich, lässt sehr zu wünschen übrig. Die Toilette ist im zweiten Badezimmer undicht, dadurch läuft das Wasser aus und die Badevorleger sind ständig nass und sollten getauscht werden.(Schimmel) Der Schalter für den Whirlpool ist defekt und kann nur vom Schlafzimmer aus bedient werden. Den Grill mussten wir erst gründlich reinigen um ihn benützen zu können. Insgesamt war unser Eindruck vom Haus negativ. Wir können dafür keine positive Bewertung abgeben.
