This beautifully modern 3 Bedroom – 2 Bathroom villa features just under 1900 sq ft a large custom pool, and all the comforts of home, you deserve on your much-needed Southwest Florida vacation. The villa has tile flooring throughout, so ideal for allergy sufferers, is air-conditioned and can accommodate up to 6 people.

The master bedroom with king size bed and its own luxurious en-suite bathroom are located on the left side of the home. It offers spectacular natural lighting through its large sliding doors with direct access to the pool and lanai area, a 43” flat screen TV,, large walk-in closet with shelves, hanging rails and hangers for your clothes. The Master Bathroom offers his and hers vanities, a private toilet room, a beautiful huge walk-in shower.

Each guest room is tastefully decorated in beautiful coastal furnishings Both offers queen-sized beds, flatscreen TV’s.. These guest rooms share a hallway / pool bath with a beautifully tiled walk-in tub and shower.

Looking to love the outdoor living space even more? Fire up the offered gas grill and serve dinner poolside at your outdoor dining table with the gorgeous Florida breeze. We also offer a fire table for those cooler nights.

This Villa also features a washer, dryer, iron, ironing board, wash sink and drying rack. Highchair and baby crib are available at no charge, also some toys and books.

We are 30-35 minutes to Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel and Captiva. It is located within 30 minutes of both RSW (Fort Myers) Airport and Punta Gorda Airport.

The property was great for our family of 4. Both the interior and exterior were as described.Had to contact the host a couple of times for water heater issues and she was very responsive. The maintenance man arrived and he replaced it immediately.

We woke up to a huge rat on a sticky pad in the kitchen! Disgusting and we had to dispose of it! They have an ant problem. There’s ant bait out everywhere. You feel like you’re under surveillance in every room there is a camera or a motion sensor or both that they control when it was brought to their attention. It was the excuse of they used the camera for the pool boy or another reason very uncomfortable feeling. They control the thermostat in the house did not enjoy that we liked it a little cooler and when we would leave thermostat with change in the evening or the daytime. No access to the garage it was locked. Had to park outside. Could not use the main living room because the light did not work. There was no controls to turn the light on very limited access for that room. When we asked them to turn up the heat for the pool because it was very chilly water, they gave us 2 up. They control the heat on the pool. The hot tub was a very nice feature. Communication with Ria was good. She was very quick to reply. Would definitely not stay at this location again.

Great location

Stayed with my elderly Aunt over the Christmas holidays so we could see our family. Everything was wonderful great location close to restaurants, grocery, stores and shopping and activities. We enjoyed the Covered outdoor Lanai probably the most, we were out there every morning And every evening. Some things to let others know we were unaware that we could call to have the pool heated for an extra charge did this our last 4 days there and enjoyed the pool immensely also I booked way in advance and was a little concerned when I didn't hear from the host I found out that they have several properties that they manage so if you are a person who likes to communicate prior be prepared that this host will not contact you until 4 to 5 days prior to your trip while we were there they were wonderful and responded to our texts within an hour.

Great location!

This was the perfect location for us. Half an hour to the Punta Gorda airport, and half an hour to the Twins game in Fort Meyers. The house was very clean, and we loved the pool and hot tub!

A nice, quiet neighborhood

The house was nicely situated in a quiet neighborhood with lots of dead-end streets which gave us the perfect walking course. The screened in pool area was great as we could open the siding doors and let the fresh air in with no worries about bugs. The check-in process was a little cumbersome as the code we were given didn't work so we need to contact the manager for a new one. The pool was nice but we would have like it a little warmer for the month of February. We were able to enjoy the newly installed hot tub most nights. The location was good as there were a lot of restaurants and bars within a few minutes.

Very nice home. Modern appliances. Stayed a month and was very comfortable. One bedroom had no nightstand which would have been nice. Pleasant neighborhood close to restaurants and grocery stores. If wanting near a beach, might not be the place for you but fine for us. For our use I would give 5 Stars.
