Beds were SO comfortable, and 90% of our other stays have horrible beds. Had everything we needed for our entire trip, beach things, fishing things. Canal items. Absolutely great overall stay! Amazing hosts

Oh my gosh, where to start the house was wonderful, the pool the beds and neighborhood. The house had everything needed and then some.

This house is comfortable packed with essentials located close to great beaches and the late afternoon paddle boating were very enjoyable with all the nature on the canal. Overall very relaxing

Great Stay

The property was perfectly appointed for our family of 5 and could easily have accomodated more guests. The kids really enjoyed the pool and we loved the canal view. Nice quiet neighborhood and centrally located to just about anywhere in cape coral. Had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay.

Great stay

This was a great stay. Very kid friendly (pack and play, eating and drinking utensils). Property managers were very responsive and courteous. Pricing was very competitive. Canal was beautiful view. Coolers, chairs, umbrella, and wagon for beach visits. Living room was incredibly comfortable for movie nights. Only 5 minutes away from target!! What more could you ask for :)

Wonderful House on a waterway with pool

We loved our stay! We loved how it felt like it should. Like you’re staying at a friends house. Extra little amenities were our favorite! A few extra snacks for kids, shampoo and soap in the bathrooms, Beach stuff in the garage and the paddleboat on the water. We had the best time and really appreciated the basket of stuff you can take or leave. We had a speaker to use for music and a little sunscreen too! Thank you so much for letting us stay and having an incredible vacation. The pool and the paddleboat were our favorites.

Christmas in Florida

This property is in an established, clean neighborhood and conveniently located to necessities, restaurants and local activities.It is a spacious house with a nice big kitchen and plenty of lounging room. The 3 bedrooms are nice sizes. The bunk room fit our younger 5 kids great. There was even a packnplay for our youngest.There is also a booster/highchair and an umbrella stroller for convenience. The sheets are nice, and there are plenty of extra blankets.The pool is on the larger size, which was awesome for 9 of us splashing around, The pool heater works well, and was completely worth the extra 15/night for the fun it provided for us. There is an outdoor shower by the pool that was a family favorite! The lanai furniture was very comfortable. There is a clothes line for hanging suits up.The house is on a freshwater canal that is pretty to look at, but not really usable. The water level is really low compared to height of the dock (could be because of the season). We chose not to use the paddle boat or canoe because of the foreseen struggle of getting watercraft out of the water again. There are some fishing poles in the garage, but not in great working order.The kitchen is very nice. Coffee maker works great.Wagon, chairs, and umbrella for beach trips. There is a garage vacuum to clean up.The property is a very reasonable price compared to other similar places in the area.The hosts are quick with responding to issues and questions. Great place to vacation!
