Excellent place to stay

Great location, nice place. Great dock Amara with easy access to the river. We were planning on renting a boat for the weekend but the weather didn’t cooperate. Rained most of the weekend and wasn’t warm enough for beach time. The house was great though and the heated pool and quick heating hot tub was a highlight of our stay. The bikes were a nice addition that we used. Kayaks were nice but we didn’t get to use them.

Totally amazing experience. Totally exceeded our expectations. Picture perfect location with everything as promised and then some! Elegantly furnished and maintained. Can’t wait for my next stay there hopefully in a few months.

Disappointing---dirty---not rectified

The pool and spa were dirty and were never cleaned despite what the property manager said. We had to remind the property manager 5X. pool was treated with chemicals, but debris not removed. The spa had algae almost all the way around it. Perhaps part of the problem was the pool was on a timer and was not running enough. Patio screen door not work. one of the 2 bikes had a flat tire. Credit offered frankly was insulting

Amazing Stay at a BEAUTIFUL LOCATION!!!

We absolutely LOVED our stay at Cape Serenity!!! Super clean house with a hard to beat set up. Pool, Hot Tub and Lanai off the charts. Took the kayaks out and saw a momma and baby dolphin! Enjoyed every single amenity and the beds were soooo comfy. Huge kitchen, pool toys, poolside bedrooms…we couldn’t have asked for more. Can’t WAIT to visit again!

Perfect home to share with kids!

This home is absolutely gorgeous! Inside layout is perfect with kids! Master on one side of house and other bedrooms on the other side of the house! The outside area is amazing! We spent most of our time around the pool! Highly recommended and will reuse!

Weekend staycation

I really enjoyed the clean and open floor plan of this house. The pool and canal were nice to spend time swimming and kayaking. Close distance to downtown made hopping on the bikes and having lunch a breeze.

Most amazing house in cape coral

We rented this house to visit family that lives in the area and it was gorgeous. The house was spotless and the kitchen/bathrooms were well stocked. Pool was heated and the jacuzzi was heated separately. It was a little confusing to turn on but palmer answered quickly and sent me easy instructions. The dock was wonderful and so easy to fish off of. The kayaks and bikes provided were nice and in great condition. The beds were comfortable and sheets/pillows were comfortable and clean. The master bathroom was INCREDIBLE! It was massive with a bathtub that could fit the largest of man. The neighborhood is less than a 10 minute drive from everything (target, publix, Walmart) but it still feels secluded. Would highly recommend this to any family looking for an amazing getaway.

A beautiful home away from home

We were very pleased when we arrived to such a clean and inviting house. When we contacted Palmer about the heated pool/spa, he answered the question promptly. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend to others.
