This was our second stay here, we loved it!

Our second year staying here. Our family of 7 enjoyed the big pool and spa. The home is very comfortable and in a nice quite location. Shopping is close if needed. We give it a 10!

Villa?

Property advertized as a Villa. Perhaps, but many of the amenities are not villa material. The windows were dirty. The kitchen had not dish cloths. The glassware was garage sale material. Beach towels were scarce. The knives were a joke. The outside cushions are filthy. The property still had remaining tarp and sand bags on the roof facing the canal. I paid for a Villa, but did not get the Villa experience.

Winter Getaway

This property is just as advertised . Absolutely beautiful. Spotlessly clean. Comfortable beds. The beds always worry me when I travel. We had 4 couples and no one complained. There was plenty of room for all of us. Kitchen well stocked as we did do some cooking. Large pool area with plenty of seating. Pickleball courts a few miles away which we took advantage of every day. There were kayaks available to use but could not locate any life jackets. I would definitely rent here again.

Perfect

Our older generational family had a terrific time using this spacious and clean home. The pool and hot tub were perfect. The home is on a canal and the homes and boats along the canal added to the paradise feeling. The home was pristine inside and out. The property manager… Silva… was very responsive when we needed her; making us even forget that we had to call her at all. How to use the pool and spa heater….. she came right over and we were back to enjoying ourselves. I would recommend this VRBO listing to anyone who asks me.

Fun in the sun!

We had a marvelous time at the rental. We played golf a few days, went to the casino and enjoyed the many restaurants nearby. The furnishings of this home are perfect and the pool was so refreshing. Everything is as pictured. Clean, modern and ready for you to enjoy your stay.

Most relaxing stay we've had in a while!

The house is absolutely gorgeous and the pool is a fantastic feature. We enjoyed it daily, which was an amazing treat. I was even able to do work in the office for a few days. The house is fairly close to a lot of activity and stores and its easy to get around Cape Coral.

Beautiful Vacation!

We loved our stay. We fished off the dock and used the pool. We grilled dinner some nights. There was plenty of room and privacy. The air broke, but Christine was great and got someone out to fix it. We went on an airboat ride at Wootens one morning. Duffy's is a great place around the corner to have a bite to eat. Don't go to Monarca Mexican Restaurant-it was very bad. Penny's coffee shop was great, and Ford's Restaurant was fun! We went to the beach on Sanibel Island and saw dolphins and a shark. They have a great jet ski tour in the mornings. We also went to Fort Meyers to watch the sunset. Gorgeous! It was a wonderful time and wonderful home. Fully stocked kitchen and we cooked a lot at the house. We stayed 9 or 10 days. We went on some nature walks in the morning just a short drive away. It was relaxing and the neighborhood was nice, too.

Beautiful home!

My husband and I stayed at this house for our honeymoon. It was beautiful inside and out - the pictures don’t do it justice! The location is great but the house and pool were so nice we hardly wanted to leave! We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend it to others. We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful home

Beautiful, spacious home! Pictures don’t do this place Justice. Pool is huge and can accommodate many people with ease. Easy access to Fort Myers Beach. Close to restaurants and Publix. We would definitely stay here again!

This home was perfect for our business trip. Plenty of space, comfortable beds and furniture, and a wonderful saltwater spa & pool to relax in at the end of the day. The owner(s) have thought of everything to provide a comfortable stay. And the property manager(s) are very attentive and accommodating.

Wonderful property for groups

Perfect vacation for two families of four. We had four adults and kids ranging from 5-11 and we all were comfortable. The house had plenty of space and just as advertised. The pool and location on the canal was lovely. We tried fishing off the dock, there were fishing rods available, and there were floaties for the pool and there were chairs and umbrellas for the beach. The drive to the beaches was a little long—30-40 to Ft. Myers and almost an hour to Sanibel Island but the pool and patio were so inviting and perfect we were happy at the house and didn’t feel the need to go every day. Highly recommend!

Beautiful home with some management issues

The photos do not do this home or pool justice, it is gorgeous. That being said, we did have 2 major issues that had to be dealt with during our stay. Issues that would not be expected at this price point. One, a non working refrigerator upon arrival with all of our groceries for the week. It was promptly repaired the next day, but we did have to lug everything over to a friends at 9pm after a 22 hour drive. We also noticed a few bugs on the kitchen counters. This became more and more bugs as the week progressed. An exterminator was sent out 2 days after we called. Lost more food, as we threw everything that was open in the garbage. It was a ghost ant infestation, which is quite common in FL if you don't keep up on extermination. There were 3 cans of raid under the sink, maybe trying to control the bugs without an exterminator? The house was beautiful, the problems were taken care of. But I would not stay here again. I feel this renter could have offered some, any kind of an offer to compensate for our lost time and food. I would have with my current renters immediately.

Fantastic home

This home is even more beautiful than pictured. There were eight in our party; three couples, a 5yr old and a 10yr old. Having four bedrooms ALL with thier own bathrooms was so convenient. The beds were incredibly comfortable. The infinity pool and hot tub were amazing. We loved the changing colors in the pool. There were plenty of towels for the pool and pool floaties available to us. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this home.

Wonderful Property. Really Nice pool, that we had heated…well worth it. We had 6 adults for the stay. Great location, within 45 min to an hour to Sannibell/ Captiva Beaches, Naples Beaches, etc. we enjoyed dinner at the Yacht Club, that was 15 minutes away. Coffee on the house dock in the mornings. There were 4 bikes, but only 2 were usable. The couch did have some issues with the legs, but was fine, for the stay, but should be replaced. The breaker did go out and we lost pool heat for most of one day, but the property manager did take care of it right away, when we called. There were beach chairs and umbrellas available for use. Grill was available for us, Great outdoor pool space that we enjoyed daily. Highly recommend,!
