We are minutes away from Cape Harbour and Tarpon Point Marinas as well as the NEW Sands Park that has pickleball, tennis, putting green, beach volleyball, basketball courts and a playground. Our family of 11 had a great time at this property. It was exactly as described - all of the outdoor spaces were absolutely perfect with plenty of “extras” for our children to use. The communication was also excellent and we would come back in a heartbeat.
