Located on a gulf access canal in the Burnt Store area of NW Cape Coral this home promises to fill your days with sunshine and your evenings with pastel glowing skies. With rear western exposure, you'll delight in the amazing kaleidoscope of colors that only a South Florida sunset can deliver. The large heated pool awaits you and many days you will spend just enjoying the backyard of this home. There is a dedicated pool bath so convenient for when you are spending time in the pool area.
The moment you enter the home you will be wowed by the glean of the marble floors and the sweeping floorplan. With it's Rustic Coastal style decor the open concept of the living area will give your group ample space to spread-out no matter if relaxing, entertaining or dining. With ease, you can prepare a meal in the well-stocked kitchen while chatting away to your guests seated at the breakfast bar. The home has both a formal dining table for 6 and a quaint breakfast dinette table in the nook that overlooks the pool and water.

Want to dine al fresco instead of indoors, no problem there is ample seating by the pool. Whip up some fine BBQ on the gas grill, lounge by the pool...the lanai is very large and spacious. Take it inside after dinner and play a few games of pool on the billiards table.

The king size master suite has a flat-screen TV and an ensuite bath. The bath features dual sinks, walk-in shower and spa soaking tub. Direct lanai access from the master bedroom.

Two of the guest rooms have a queen-size bed with a flat-screen TV and the other guest room is fitted with two twin beds. A full-size guest bath is convenient to both rooms. The home also features an office area in case you have a little work to do while you are here.

The back offers a large dock, with additional space to sun lounge or simply sit and watch the wildlife. Do you love to fish?.. then drop a line right from the dock. Rent a boat, bring your own boat, this location is ideal for boaters. Quick to points such as Charlotte Harbour, Sanibel Island and Fort Myers beach by boat. Boat lift use is by approval only. Please contact the management company for approval.

Villa Serendipity

The house is wonderful. Very nice and quiet neighborhood . Kitchen had everything we needed for meals. Family room was comfortable with nice furniture. Bedrooms were nice and comfortable. The pool area was relaxing with lots of pool accessories. The pool table was a plus and enjoyed by the adults. The only problems we had were the key to the house was bent badly and we were afraid it would break in the door. A representative was at the house when we arrived and saw the problem. Two chairs in the kitchen were broken and the representative was aware of this also. And, the window in the room with the twin beds needed a covering on the top. All in all, we loved the home.

Thanksgiving 20/20

We had a great get away for a small quite COVID safe Thanksgiving for a family of 4. There was lots to do in the home for my teen son, which made it helpful having a 1 year old that requires 2 naps a day. Pool temp was great. More bedrooms and beds then we needed. And the kitchen had anything and everything I needed to prepare my family a small Thanksgiving Feast. Great place to get away and have a nice staycation break. We did not have nor rent a boat, but this is the place that is highly boat friendly. We did bring one of our own smart TVs from home along with us so that we could enjoy on the back porch. Very clean, very quite, and family friendly home. Having the high chair was huge.

Fabulous!!!

My family & I just returned from spending 5 nights at Villa Serendipity. The house is gorgeous and the pictures in the listing are 100% accurate. What you see is what you get. We loved spending time out on that beautiful lanai overlooking the canal. So enjoyed meeting Charlie, the property manager...what a great guy! We will definitely stay there again...great family vacation!!!

Very beautiful and relaxing!

We really enjoyed this property! Kids enjoyed the pool all day and I enjoyed my coffee in the morning watching the fish jump in the canal. Location was perfect. Close enough to visit beaches and islands with the kids. The house had everything we needed. Pool table was great for my boys as well.
