I had three rooms booked and we checked in and our rooms weren’t ready. We went to a local mall and they called me and told me my rooms were ready, we got there and only 2 of the 3 were ready. I was upset and the guy said “well at least you have a room to go to.” He was arrogant and didn’t seem to care I was upset. I waited until 6:30 for him to call and tell us our room was ready. It should have been ready at 4:00, like you promise when booking. Once in the room, we had to complain about a barking dog next door, only to find out the owners had left it there for some time. The front was no help in assisting. Within an hour, there was a party in the room across from us, loud yelling and laughing. I again called customer service who immediately put us on hold and never came back, we kept calling and had no answer. I had to send my husband down to the desk! This is our second time there, absolutely awful and they made us feel less than welcome. I spent a lot of money on 3 rooms and it was the most stressful encounter. Do better!
