Amenity access & availability are not guaranteed since they are outside of our control and subject to repair & maintenance. Climate control set by recommended industry guidelines for Florida. Personal preferences vary in regard to water temp/water pressure as well as other variables. Condo sized water heaters. There is one designated parking spot for each unit. This is a Pet Free condo. Support animals must be addressed at the time of reservation. If you have special needs, you'll need to notify us at the time of reservation.
