Commercial kitchen, with all the needed utensils to prepare a gourmet meal! Relax and roast marshmallows over the fire pit (during non-burn ban timeframes) or venture down to the water! However you decide to spend your vacation... Riviera Paradise is the perfect get-away! You must be 25 years or older to rent this property. Because some of our homeowners are allergic various animals… we do not allow pets of any kind. Emotional support animals are not allowed. Service animals may be allowed only with prior notification if the animal services an individual with a disability and notifies us as to the specific task the animal is trained to do. In addition, some of our guests are allergic to pets and book only homes which do not allow pets. Therefore, we have a Strict ‘No Pet’ policy.
