The check in was ok. The day of arrival I was having trouble with the key card. Secondly the bed was not even a real mattress bed it was a thin topper. Third the pillow were not comfortable. I would wake up with my neck hurting. And lastly. I was trying g to call the receptionist a couple time but there was not information of how to call them. Now I not a type of person that does bad ratings but this was just out of hand. I spend 4 nights there and I went based on reviews. But my experience was otherwise.

Breakfast was great. The woman who made eggs anyway was great, and she kept the stations filled and the room clean. Only comment was because we stayed 5 days the breakfast was always the same. However there was great variety so we had options each day. Loved the hotel and its location.

The hotel advertises an airport shuttle but there was no shuttle. The front desk staff were not polite or friendly. I don’t want to make this a race issue but i almost felt like they were nicer to people of a certain color. There was also no mini bar or refrigerator in my room. Zurich is very expensive and I was hoping to buy a few items from the grocery store but could not.

Staff was very nice. You do have to take a couple of stairs to get to the elevator, so it's not truly accessible but the rooms are very nice. It's a great location, bed was comfortable, bathroom was nice and breakfast was good.

I was lucky and got upgraded to one of the suits. It was big for european standard. Room excellent clean bed very comfortable. Easy walk to main train station, I need to catch a flight the next days. Several restaurants around the hotel. very convenience.

I had a wonderful stay here. Ahmed and the rest of the team were nice and helpful during my stay in Zurich. I’m so glad that I picked this hotel among three hotels that I was initially considering based on its good reviews. Would definitely recommend this hotel. The location is also good as it is walkable to the attractions, shopping and food.
